It is a pity that when ordering the duvet cover, there is no mention of action of that next week's second duvet cover for half price! Maybe I might have bought a second one. Too bad missed opportunity.

I ordered this week (end of June) and was notified that August 28th would be delivered !!!!
Also nothing at all of the delivery time stated with the product, so a lot of hassle about nothing. Now awaiting a refund of the purchase amount. So I am not going to wait 2 months.

Neatly on time and neatly delivered, only we had ordered down duvets, but it is like there is newspaper paper, it creaks quite a bit, so that is disappointing, our old donuts were silent, very unfortunate

Very happy with my order. Also delivered quickly. Just a pity that it was packed so tightly that the packaging had burst open. Fortunately, nothing was missing and nothing was damaged. Given the extent that the package was open, this could have been done.

It is a pity that my order is not complete and I now have to wait until the end of November for the rest ... hence not 5 but 4 stars

JUNGLE and SNOOZING IDYLLIC duvet cover cotton satin purchased. The Jungle colors correspond to the photo. Both wonderfully soft fabric. Remains beautiful after washing. Is cool, you get a holiday feeling. Recommended!!

Fast and proper handling of the ordered Cinderella duvet cover.

Not recommended;
* Quality; not good, many loose threads, after washing once the stitching already came loose. Smulders' reaction to this was' If you have the opportunity to repair these loose seams yourself, we will accommodate you with a discount of 10% '. Did not think this was good compensation, so returned (although I am still waiting for the address where I can send it).
* Customer service; very bad. Returns were processed very late, so payment requests continued to arrive, even down to a letter. Not available by phone, responded to mails very late, mails come in junk.

Finished again flannel duvet cover order with The famous painting by Jan Davidsz de Heem - A still life of flowers in a glass vase. Very happy with strong top and flannel soft inside. Highly recommended. Happy with

Had a comforter in mind, but ordered the wrong turned out to be a beach towel.
But found the colors and quality so disappointing sorry though !! On TV you saw the duvet cover so beautiful and now this beach towel was a disappointment.

The 2 fleece blankets from Frozen are really meager quality for a price of 10 euros. Not in proportion.

We are dissatisfied with our order. Meanwhile I had the 4th e-mail that our duvet cover will be delivered later. Now at the end of September, so wait over 3 months. Do not offer a product for which you cannot guarantee fast delivery

Everything just went well, delivered as chosen and expected.

Before I bought the duvet cover from Snoozing (240 x 220 cm., Panda print), I went through the chat to ask for certainty whether I would buy the right size. I was assured that it would fit.
No, it did not work.
My duvet was curled up on the sides in the cover.
The pillowcases were also on the too small side. The dimensions of the packaging were 60 x 70 cm. Those are the measurements of my pillows.
The quality is quantity. The duvet cover shines through. Price / quality is disproportionate. Much too pricey for such a flut duvet cover.
The last time something had ordered.
Next time I will just buy at the IKEA or HEMA.

My bottom sheet was not in stock and then your duvet covers are not sent, they are also postponed by 1 week !! All sheets are far too short for the mattresses. I have indeed ordered the right size. Unfortunately totally unusable.

Very weird condition.
Watch out you can take the product out of the packaging and return it within 30 days. I had washed it which you always do so hygienic and then I could not return it after reading it carefully. So if you buy one you can just sleep under it and then send it back. Nice and fresh. So when you buy make sure it's okay ... otherwise you'll have a problem. Quality was also poor from Flannel. And keep in mind that it is very hot. Actually quite stuffy, you have to be a bit cold actually. In short, I have not been helped well, nor Compensation, nothing. They gave me a bit of right about the 30 days because you can just put it under 30 days and send it back. So Smulders textile adjust your condition. For example, seal the opening where the duvet enters, so that it can be spread out on the bed for viewing.

I find the fitted sheet very spacious. After washing once, it is not shrunk, but creases a lot.
Next time put in the dryer.
Duvet is quite warm for a summer duvet.

Got package 2 days later vs promised delivery date. Product looks very different in reality vs what was at picture on the web site. This was very frustrating as I was looking forward to new bedsheets to match my bedroom design. Would not recommend to use this platform again.

I received a different cartridge than the one I ordered. Not available by phone, vw corona, while many companies are simply accessible despite the Corona. Bad service.
