Ordered a super nice duvet cover with pillowcases and fitted sheet from Snoozing. Good quality, exactly fit and fast delivery!

I am a very satisfied and happy customer of yours. The friendliness of the customer service on the phone is also incredible. I had ordered duvet covers for all our grandchildren (7 in total) for New Year. One was delayed and when it came very close to New Year I called customer service, they immediately changed my order at my request and the day after everything was already delivered! I bought two beautiful duvet covers for my son. A gray with plate of New York worker and one of a tough American truck. He was / is very happy with it. He thinks the New York cover is a bit too short. There is no tuck in and he likes to pull the duvet over his head.
In other quilt I think sloppy sewn pillow. It's just crooked. Not even neatly cut and sewn. We are also happy with our purchase.

Unfortunately, quality quilt Snoozing Roses flannel duvet cover is disappointing. I had looked over flannel, looks like cheap flannel, a lot of fluff after washing twice. Dull color and the black already looks discolored. Advantage it feels soft on the inside. Exterior feels hard. Image is blurred with white speckles. I thought fluff at first but really belongs to the image. Regret the purchase.

Appointment has been fulfilled, no further comments.

I only found the colors slightly darker than on the site. Furthermore, it was a great choice.

Colors do not match photo on site and on packaging. Otherwise too stiff, non-slippery quality.

Receiving article fine, the next day at home.
The processing of returns takes a week and unfortunately you will not receive a message that your package has been received, but that the processing will take a week to complete.

Nice children's duvet cover ordered. Unfortunately, the dust was a bit thinner than I expected. But the print looks nice. Washed once because it smelled very much of paint ... came out well. The bottom sheet was of very nice quality and nice and thick in fabric. Furthermore, well packaged and delivered.

The order was placed on Sunday afternoon and received by post on Monday. We ordered a 'snoozing' brand duvet and a beddinghouse jersey topper fitted sheet. The fitted sheet was received entirely according to your wishes. The comforter, however, is a whole lot less. Very poorly finished, lots of loose threads at the seams, non-cut threads, etc. Was not worth the purchase amount. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of it. Now Smulderstextiel can do nothing about it. They have neatly processed the order and have kept us informed of the status of the order. There was nothing to complain about. All went well, but the 'snoozing' brand is a brand from which we no longer make a second purchase. This is a point of attention!

The background is NOT WHITE as in the picture and in the accompanying text. I thought the green background shone through, but on the bed the color remains soft beige towards the soft green. Not fresh. Sadly, bad luck.

Fast delivery. Ordered pillow was unfortunately not suitable for my physique, returned without problems afterwards. Some improvement could be a digital return form and a printable return label.

I thought I had bought nice duvet covers. The fabric quality (satin) is disappointing. Already after a few months the duvet covers started to take pills.

I ordered Snoozing duvet covers and they've only held by the beautiful print that stands out. When unpacking, all kinds of threads fell from both covers. The stitching quality is very poor and the covers are much larger than the stated size. I made them to the right size myself. Again the print is beautiful otherwise they would have returned.
