Absolutely lousey service! Was sent my renewal invoice in October, I paid mid November and they didnt bother contacting my tenant until the end of November for an early December service. By that point my tenant had already replaced 1 battery because SAS use cheap Duracel batteries instead of quality ones! Tried calling serveral times and got stuffed around with their call centre rubbish so I rang a local business and have saved myself $44 on the annual fee, she also takes photos of all her work to ensure quality for her customers. Currently still waiting for my refund from SAS which apparently gets processed on Thursdays, but conveniently didn't get processed last Thursday. Definitely won't use SAS ever again, service them myself before giving them another cent!
