First they were not giving any attention to other customer, then even after asking couple of times they had other priorities than customer and finally their rates are too high even when the shop is at Nehru Place.

So, I would advise go for online purchase because here also you won't be getting any trial.

I had placed an order on may 4th, a Msi 1660 ti gaming x. But even after 2 weeks it wasnt delivered. Then I got a call from them that the Model I ordered wasnt at stock so they offered me a refund or a another model.. So i went wid a anothet model Msi ventus Xs 1660 ti and it was delivered to me on 3rd day morning. Now its working like a beast. Thanks a lot SMC!!

I was looking and researching for a high end PC which can help me to smooth my workflow. I looked for a option from Various store and I found SMC best. The quotation was quite Professional with detailed price of each and every item installed in the build.I faced a bit issue wherein I was unable to get the display when I recieved the product during transit. One can trust,even cost is heavy but you can get original product, check properly because entire nehru place is a fraud market they cheat people by selling duplicate products,, check properly using using various computer commands properly

Can get u all parts of a cpu but remember he gets it from the authorised dealers in the same market and hence is a bit costlier. You can get same stuff at lower cost from direct suppliers if u look around in the market

I have got the pc build today.I've waited longer than expected to get the pc in ma hands due to COVID19 situation.During that period they kept a connection with me through whatsapp and by call.They are always responded to ma call and messages.Ive got what they offered.Im fully satisfied with their service.Go on without a second thought.

Built my pc from here 2 days ago its the best place in nehru place, they have replaced the staff to toung and knowledgable people and its the best place now

I ordered a PC build, 7 days ago, until after 4 days of ordering, I did not get any updates. When I called, I was told that the processor is out of stock, that was planned. 1 day after that I again contacted SMC, they told they'll arrange for alternate processor. After that 2 days have passed by, and I have got no updates from their side, despite texting them several times.
Unsatisfactory service.

Update: After ordering on 25th, after a gap of 7 days, today after querying again for the order, I was told that they couldn't process the order and they can refund the amount.
This happened all after mentioning at the time of order that PC requirement is urgent.
I should have been informed the next day, if the processor was out of stock.

Future buyer's, beware of this firm and save your time and money.
I had conversations with Mr Tousif, Miss Sakshi and Mr Yogesh, from their end; for reference.

You will get laptops and computer and accessories on a reasonable price.

The worst shop I've ever seen. I visited the shop, for purchasing Motherboard and RAM. Firstly they showed us the product, then they refused to sell the same. A kind of betray they are doing. Very bad experience. They said we won't sell individual item (is 15000 RS motherboard worth single item? Means they are forcing you to buy processor and other items as well.) Better to buy online or other shop, insted going to their shop far from your home.

I have to build a high end system with Ryzen 5000 series CPU and currently it wasn't available. I talked to Mr Shekhar and he helped me to get the CPU. Prices of all other components were comparably low from other vendors. It was great value for money experience for me. I will recommend others to go to their store to build your system. They will help you get the right component for your system but first one must do home work so there won't be any confusion about your requirements.
