It was great the people there are familiar with the components and can suggest you pretty good build

I bought and assembled my computer from here, price of some parts were cheap here like graphics cards, ram, but other things were not, so if you want to assemble your PC would recommend get parts from where they are cheap and assemble where is good

Its a really small place for cooler master replacment , they will make you wait for like a month and then they will give you something which is cheap than the project you gave for the replacement . But this is the only one nearby so ..

First of all this shop is not that easy to find if you are visiting nehru place for the first time.
Secondily the owner is cool as he has good knowledge about components and he may suggest you good products. They only deal in MSI products.
So if you are planning to buy components of some other company so forget this place.
You can see the owner in most of youtube tech channels..
He is really a good person and suggest components as per your need.
But prices are little high. You may get the same components cheaper in market..

Good shop. Their price is really good. Whenever I need to buy something for my rig, at first I contact them and no need to contact any other shop coz the tell the best price. Also their service is good.

Don't go to SMC of you want to buy computer parts. Just go there if you want a PC "a full PC only". Mr. Shekhar turned me away today when I enquired about price for a computer part telling me that they sell a complete PC only and not parts. This is just for public information, no complaints. I am a 25 year old SMC customer. Today I ended up buying parts from some random store. I won't be going back to SMC as I have always assembled my own systems. Maybe that's the new SMC way. Hopefully Mr. Himanshu will consider changing his shop policy after reading this...

i have seen many videos of smc store on YouTube .
i went last week to the store because i was upgrading my cabinet.
I went to the shop to buy but they refuse to sell single part, basically they response to those who want to buy or assemble whole by them.
if you are going to buy single thing they refuse to give it.
i think they should also sell single parts.

It's okay, staff is helpful there. But, if you are a newbie at buying a computer then you may not get the actual product at times. One of my Vengence Corsair 8gb 3000 MHz ram sticks was clocking at 2800 MHz instead of 3000. This made me a little skeptical about their products. So make sure you prepare yourself beforehand with all the queries you have in mind.

Update: Another issue that I have detected is that the PC builder guy there installed the wrong SSD in my PC, due to which my PC did not detect the SSD at all. It was a waste of my time and money to get it built from them. I had to hire a local technician to help me re-configure the complete PC to make it fast. It was terribly slow beforehand despite being a new one. Very disappointed with their carelessness. Giving 2 stars only because they are amicable in nature, but that is a part of salesmanship so it doesn't matter if the service and products are not any good.
Another Update: Even the keyboard I got is not working properly. Three keys in the keyboard (P, 0, and F9) are not working. Don't know when will I get time to go back to Nehru Place to get a replacement for the keyboard.

The staff here was very rude. The graphic Cards they're selling are extremely expensive compared to the other merchants out there.

It is rush full place.service is good but behavior would be good for customer as accept.

They will sell you expensive hardware, but will never help you upgrade or repair what you bought few years down the line. They gave me a lame , company stopped support for a Core i7 processor, whose mother board gone bad and never offered to give me an alternative processor. I will now prefer company desktops or servers rather than assembled in Nehru Place.

Too bad I have given my SMPS under warranty for replacement but didn't give me another one from one month

Wanted to change some configuration on one of their pre build Hades 3200g & contacted SMC int through email, they sent me pc config according to my request & done payment, they build my pc in 4 days and everything went fine.
Good:
++They were very transparent about their work and sent me pics of PC & testing screen, that was great. Did called them many times but picked up every call without any hesitation
++Packagingwas excellent, no one can damage it, very thick bubble wraping & foam bag in case itself. If you're worried about pakage like me for long distance (AP) just go for it blindly..
++Cable management was nice everything nicely done
++No need to worry about going through BIOS & mess up they do everything for you, they kept my ram running at stock speeds @3000mhz, just plug & play
Bad:
-- Didn't include extra screws for gpu that came with case & no extra SATA cable that came with mobo..
--Disappointed by courier service (tpc india) they're not bad at all, they shipped within 5 days from Delhi to AP (to my destination pin code) but they don't lift call or reply to emails, i had to go & pick up by myself
So far great experience from SMC international, if you want PC rn & don't know how to build, just go for it.

I dont get any update about my product i knw about covid situation but atleast give some update i dnt knw why but uh guys dont even answer any calls

My RAM was replaced easily without any difficulties, took 3 days to replace and a call was made to reminder me for pickup

Asus and MSI showrooms under one roof and even their franchise handling company is same SMC International. But, the representatives of both, though very helpful, fight for their own brand and criticize each other's. Sometimes even wrong information is passed... And to point out that, you've to be knowledgeable and extremely cautious.

Ordered a pre-built CPU during quarantine. Took 2 weeks to reach me, but to be honest delays like these due to COVID are not something anyone can control. What they could control was the machine's value for money, quality and customer interaction and i am genuinely satisfied with all 3. Great service and experience provided over time, especially the rep who handled my order - Sakshi. Good job SMC.

The place is good no doubt, BUT THE ARROGANCY OF THE SALESMAN! is way too high. Seems quiet manner less, n rude to coustomer

Really Great Experience with SMC in buying my PC,I bought a PC worth one lac from them and have never been so satisfied with their service.
They also suggest us very clearly on which part can bottleneck your computer and how should you balance your build.
If you are thinking about buying from them, Go for it even if it's a little costlier then other stores Because aftersales service are also worth paying which you probably won't get from other stores as much as you do with SMC.

If you live in Delhi or can visit them in person then don't think twice. Only complain being their online store. It's bit on expensive side. Their offline store might seem tad bit expensive but considering the service and brand products you get it's worth it. I wish they had better value at online store too for Pan India customers.

i bought my pc from smc in feb 2020, but than it had some problems in march and stopped working so i contacted them and send my psu ( antec 600 neo gold) to them. but due to lockdown it didnt reach them in time and when it did they didnt have the stock for the same psu. so i requested them to replaced it with different psu so they sent me ( antec 650 bronze). this whole process almost took almost 4 months and i got my psu in july. But it didnt solve the problem with the pc so again i talked to them and this time i sent the whole pc to them and the real problem was with my processor (ryzen 3600) . so they fixed it and i received it back in august 2020 since then it is working like a charm........... i learnt one important thing with my whole experience with smc which i would like to share with you all......... that the most important things are the after market services provided by the smcinternational. They did everything without charging a single penny.
So this was my stroy with smc...... a much trusted shop and everyone should give them a chance.............. ty for reading till the end. ty smc.
