Got numerous PCs from here. Never had to come back for any after purchase issue. They use & sell genuine products and charge decently.

Great place to have a good quality and genuine computer accessories and components. Let's wait for my order to get complete then I'll update that experience that I'm going to have here. All the the price of equipments are cheaper then any other place

Most probably all computer parts are available but at higher Cost.

I went here first for RMA and that was a normal experience nothing write praises about. It took months for the RMA to be completed but they had a good reason for that which I had to investigate to find out about myself. They could have informed me themselves and saved me a lot of time and headache about weather I have been scammed or not.

Really Great Experience with SMC in buying my PC,I bought a PC worth one lac from them and have never been so satisfied with their service.
They also suggest us very clearly on which part can bottleneck your computer and how should you balance your build.
If you are thinking about buying from them, Go for it even if it's a little costlier then other stores Because aftersales service are also worth paying which you probably won't get from other stores as much as you do with SMC.

I already bought components for my new pc. Nice products , genuine price and good behaviour .

Do not buy the MSI stuff from there. Pathetic customer support and the people they have are very rude and scummy.

Just buy anything from here but not MSI.

A great place to buy high end computer hardware in Delhi.

Customer service is not that much great and you can get better prices in nehru place.

The shop is small. You won't get a big store of msi but the guy attending me was nice and clearly explaining me about the products. There is an Asus showroom beside this shop and it seems like both the shops are doing work together. So you may get a better deal from asus and the guy working in msi will tell you.

Unhelpful staff, low availability of products and higher prices. Had gone in with high expectations but left disappointed.

Awesome Place. Shekhar Bhiya is the best person there. Better and cheaper buil than amazon or any other online pre-build.

Hated the attitude of selling. He does not even interested in talking to the customer. I will suggest anyone to go to cost to cost. Best shop in Nehru place.

Exceptional service. Today i got my Laptop which i ordered online through SMC International (ehardwarestation on Paytm Mall app). Very nice packaging and fast shipping. I am fully satisfied. Can't get better than this. Keep your good work smc international. Thanks again.

Just picked up ROG STRIX 3 from here. I have picked a few gaming laptops from here. And they are really helpful in suggesting things and configuration...

Must visit place if you are thinking of building a new PC. Very helpful staff who their stuff well. Good prices

Very nice service & very good quality at very reasonable price

I got my PC assembled here a week back. Experience was good.

But Price was a concern.

It was surprising how they charged rs 7300+ for 2*8GB CORSAIR 3000 RAM, even when it was available for under Rs 6200 everywhere else including ONLINE. Mistake on my part that I didn't check that.

Good place to buy lap tops of.any. Brands at a very reasonable prices.

Received ANT ESPORTS MK1000 & XPG D60G from SMC INTERNATIONAL! Thanks a lot guys! A SPECIAL shout-out to Mr. GARV SHARMA as there was a small error in the stocks & delivery from their end, he gave me an upgrade from XPG D41 to XPG D60G at NO EXTRA cost! I think that's an amazing gesture from him! He exceeded customer satisfaction way beyond my expectation!! I recommend everyone to purchase your components from SMC!

First visit each and every computer deals in nehru place .And collect best price from them and compare ,buy it. And always check the GST bill thoroughly ...

Love this place, more than 5000rs price difference.

They didn't have the time to attend a single customer(even there was no other customers around to attend).

They don't about there own things. If it is available or not. On phone they will say they have it but when you visit their shop they don't have it and refuse to say the haven't said earlier

Good Shop for buying products but VERY POOR Service after the sale is done. Service people are very rude and not willing to help.

Don't waste your time going to this store, they don't care.

Going home with my first PC build, it's a budget one. Will be upgrading in upcoming months from here. Taran from Tilak Nagar is a gem.

Can't even give negative star, that;s how bad this is.
For an average consumer they might feel knowledgeable but for an experienced consumer they are just horrible.
I went to build a high end pc and their quotation was decent.
Since they are partners of some companies, they do not have all the product but they do offer good price for partnered products.
i wanted 8700k processor that they did have but were not selling it alone.
They were selling it with motherboard(Bundle) which is no issue for me.
i didn't want a coolermaster products and hey had very limited products so i offered to buy the combo. Yet the guy said he will not give the combo itself alone until i buy cpu cooler from him. He only had cooler master liquid cooler but i wanted a different one, since i refused for the cooler he did not even sell the combo.
When i am a customer an building a high end pc, i would like to go for the best of the best components, if you do not have them it's not my fault.
Whatever you have, you should sell them. He kept forcing me to buy other products with the combo which was horrible exp.

I would suggest you to not get anything from this store as they will try to sell you the things they only have. They will not tell you about other better products at the same price point.

Also if any big company like msi, cooler master or whoever has partnered with them, i would suggest you to look into the matter as he also said products sold from official online retailers will also not be taken if their is any fault.

Horrible guy sitting there, please do not buy.
Also I had bought razer mice from amazon and i had issues after 1.5 years and these guys didn't even know that razer offers 2 years of warranty on peripherals. And they are official partner/service center.
They wasted my 1 month for the replacement and then also i had to settle with gamdias by giving extra money.

Just do not buy even if you are an average consumer.

Sorry for the long post but the recent experience was more horrible than the razer exp.

I got to know of this store through a youtube video... and at that time I was not finding any of my components elsewhere and witha decent price... SMC International solved all of problems! Ashwani (one of the staff) helped me a lot in deciding and customising my pc! Thanks a lot SMC!

Over price with lowest service they solde 12500 gc on 14500 rs to me think 200 time before go there
