Smc International is overrated.

I run a company and I know how to treat customer properly.

Smc International seriously need to work on customer experience. They ignored my calls and promised me to call back with the products information. They never did. Whenever I called them they say I'll call back in 10 minutes and the wait continues.

I had the worst customer experience from Smc International so far. I don't know about others. I shared only mine.

Garv didn't even bothered to answer to my calls or texts.

Gurmeet also told me he will call back after 10 minutes and now as of 27th June 2020, 35 days has passed, I got no calls from them whatsoever.

They even bragged about mdcomputers.in buys products from them.

Seriously!

I contacted other store from Nehru Place. (won't mention name here).

They provided the best service, attended my calls and even helped me build my high end pc worth 3 lakhs and shipped it directly to my home.

I'll get 3080 and Ryzen 5000 series cpu when it launches and all the future upgrades for my business and personal use from them.

I guess losing one customer for Smc International is not a big deal. But I'm fed up from them.

If you're looking for quality service. Get it from a company who is really serious about helping people not printing money.

Even I have hired people for customer service. Because I personally judge a company by their customer experience not by their deals.

This review has been edited , after a very exceptional service provided by SMC , Mr Shekhar and Mr Gurpreet are gem of a person , provided you are a serious buyer . They will cater to your queries and can even get you parts , which are difficult to find.

Got my RTX 3080 based built made here , fully satisifes with the quality , exceptional Case was recommended by Mr Shekhar.

The best place to get performance and gaming hardware. Also, great people as they will tell you the best hardware as per your request and would not over sell you.

The quality of the products is awesome.though a little expensive.

Staff is so polite. They have their own lab in which they test the products before selling you. The owner has full knowledge of the products.

Some parts are cheap some are overrated, overall just average... The staff is not very cooperative or customer friendly, but atleast honest.. Offline price is lower then online price. They wasted almost 1 hour for a simple monitor, that too when there was no rush, only 1 customer was there other then myself still their body language showed they didn't cared for us..!!

This place is awesome. Having good range of products. Executives are well mannered. All the gaming products are available here. Can visit anytime.

I've been a regular customer at SMC internationl so decided to pay them a visit today to purchase the Ryzen 9 3900x.
The sardarji gentleman sitting at the desk sitting said it is not available, and would not come in stock anytime soon, but I could clearly see boxes of Ryzen 9 3900x on their shelves, upon inquiring further the man sitting to his right said it is available, then he proceeded to ask what motherboard I want, I said I already have MSI X570 board, upon hearing that he went into denial saying we don't sell the Ryzen 9 3900x individually and I will need to buy it with an MSI board. Pushing him further he agreed to sell the CPU in black and quoted Rs 66,000 which is OUTRAGEOUS!! You can get the R9 3900X online for 49,000. They clearly want to rip the customer off. Highly insensitive behavior from the staff and I will not buy and also tell my friends not to buy from SMC International, you have lost a long standing customer.

One of the store to shop everything related to PC, Laptops, Hardware etc. They are genuine you can relay on them for everything. They know very well how to attend the customer with full attention and knowledge. They will guide your specifications as per your budget. I am going to Nehru place from last 14-15 years but as soon as I started visiting SMC, I have stopped visiting anywhere else.

Shop is very good, best prices mostly have cooler master cases. Very experienced staff. Though website is not fully updated and you can get a better price and more options if you visit their store. I totally disagree with the other reviews with state the shop bad just bought a full high end system and they were even will to offer few products which the weren't affiliated with like that of corsair etc. They can even build the system for you if you like which was what I did. Exceptionally well build with good cable management. Highly recommend them over any other shop.

One of the best stores in the city if you're planning to assemble your own PC. They have amazing service and their prices are quite fair. Have been getting my computer parts from here for years now!

Ppl there r mostly busy , must do ur homework prior to buying urself a pc... They dont have time for you...but good thing they sell genuine products

Last night I was trying to place an order for ARES I9460 on your website. I couldn't complete the payment as my HDFC card was not accepted for EMI option of 18 months.

I tried the SMS thing that lets me know whether my card is eligible or not, but just when I proceeded with the payment step, it fails to accept my card.

Worst service

The prices are almost the best in the market. Decided to buy a custom-build PC from here after a lot of research.

Giving 4 stars, and not 5, just because they stopped taking my calls after the payment. Although the machine has been delivered on the 3rd working day from the payment.

*There is no good service in this SMC International, they tell one weak and take one month around am totally harrassed and I will not give references to costumer about this company even they don't take initiative.

A lot better thank bitkart, I've ordered a PC from them got it within 15 Days in lockdown, I have my mother's blessing.

The sales representative Ashwini was really helpful and had proper knowldege of all the parts and their compatibiltiy.

Here you got good quality electronic computers and laptops.

The worst service you could possibly get. Order was delayed for 3-4 months. I reminded them everyday and they lied that it is ready when it wasn't even started. I already told them the parts and it kept getting out of stock even after 2 months. They assembled wrong PC parts twice and took 1 more month to things in place. Sent me a PC with wrong parts and disconnected cables. When I asked them to fix it, they told me they will and they never did.

Didn't send a few accessories and I have been reminding them everyday and they kept lying that they have sent it but they never did. They keep apologizing for their mistakes but don't fix it at all!!! This is the worst company and I wouldn't recommend anyone to order a single thing from them.

After calling them for months, I had to order things from Amazon. I didn't order them firstly because I thought they will send me but they just won't.

Look for a different company especially if you are ordering PC parts or a full PC online. This is not a company you can trust.

Good prices and genuine products for MSI and Cooler Master

I must say they are best in the market as no one can provide you a pre-build pc with a very competitive pricing. Also the customer support is excellent.After placing your order you don't have to worry about it.They will keep you updated through calls and messages.

This shop is one of the best shops in Nehru Place. They provide genuine products at the most cheapest rates in comparison to all the other reputed shops in Nehru place. Also the service is really good and they understand your requirements and help you choose the best product. I built a gaming PC with components purchased from here. They assemble all the products for you and test them in front of you so that you are satisfied and go home happily with full confidence. I really recommend this shop to all of you out there who want to buy new hardware or want to build a PC.

Purchased my PC online but got some tweaks but contacting SMC staff. Online sale was managed by Ashwani, who was very helpful. I messaged him almost 10 times a day but he was not irritated by it which is quite difficult to see nowadays :) Really helpful staff. Let's see how long the PC stays with me. Staff was very cooperative. And their service was also good.

I like this shop for the service they provide. They have some knowledgeable people. Also they are one of the few shops that can test the parts they sell in case of a defect. Although the prices are higher than some other shops. I prefer buying some expensive equipments like CPUs and GPUs from here because of the after sales support. For smaller parts like RAM, HDDs I prefer the other shops that offer competitive prices.

Nehru Place is the place for big dealers and SMC international are sure one of them.

They generally have prices on the higher side, which is OK considering their big portfolio of products, but they have a tendency to cheat customers who are not very aware prices by inflating prices massively.

Best avoid this place!

worst service! Just give a call and they keep u waiting from dawn to dusk... And then the universal soution.. come to the shop and go back.... Worst experience.. better go to another place..
