They are one of the worst companies in terms of customer support, after covid-19 lockdown was lifted, i called them to ask for razer huntsman elite availability as they are the official dealers, but they told me it was out of stock, when i asked about it from a different salesperson, he told me he will check, but never got back to me, and cited the reason, he was busy with other clients (so im not a client?) and forgot about me, he then told me one piece was available, but after again ignoring me, i had to call for an update and he told me they had sold it online.

afterwards, when i used to call them in intervals of week, becuase im a gamer and i really needed the keyboard, they started ignoring me, yesterday evening, i called them up, they told me that tommorrow (i.e. today the day i'm writing the review) they will have it in stock, today when i called them up, first they ignored my call, then i called on the landline, they picked up, and then when i asked them status of the keyboard, they laughed at me.

is that how you treat your customer? i was gonna buy a whole gaming pc setup tfrom you, the best money had to buy, but now ill make sure, none of my friends buy from you, and i'll make sure i dont buy a single part from you.

now i am buying my keyboard online, also, today they called me up in the morning, i told them all the problems, still no reply from them, they are the worst.

Good staff and office, but quite difficult to find for the first time.

Great place, great people and most important u get mostly everything at really reasonable prices. As a youtuber I honestly would recommend everyone that u can deal with smc international with ur eyes closed and hassle free mind.

Helpful staff but owner make customer foolish in product

I was in a mood of building a gaming pc soo i called them and didn't got any ans.Texted them still didn't got a reply.
Msg got seen but still no reply.

Must suppotive shop owner from components and complete build

They are full of ego and attitude. They won't tell the seperate price for cpu and mobo.they only tell a combined price ?! What kind of business is this ? Very disappointed. Computer empire guys are far better I have realised this over 8 years of dealing with SMC and computer empire.

I ordered a pc during lockdown and it got delivered within 2 weeks also everyone was polite and helpful.

Have been there multiple times to get components for my rig. Since it is located at the back of the market, I generally get a few quotes on the way and smc guys either provide a better quote or match the price.

Got my components to upgrade my system some time back. And recently got a hard disk to replace the one that had crashed. Good support and service. Knowledgeable people who often suggest better options.

Good shop, original products and quality is good along with affordable prices!! Yeah but the staffs are a bit busy

I have been trying to call these guys on both their numbers. 1 is dead and on 2nd number nobody is picking up the call (called 10 times)

They have good prices for PC parts. Staff is friendly too. Would recommend asking for price here and C2C to compare and then buy.

It was an alright experiance, they won't help you much by explaining much about pc components, will just sell to maximize their profit, so be careful.

Very dumb and stubborn staff. The prices of the components they sell are overly inflated, even expensive than amazon.in

U have to negotiate like hell with them. Show them prices on Amazon to convince that they are selling at way too high margin.

Always negotiate with them to drop 15-30%of quoted price. It is indeed the most expensive shop in NP, even costlier than cost2cost.

Being a gaming freak i wanted to built my gaming PC someone suggested me to visit SMC International in Nehru Place to purchase all sort of gaming components i wanted to buy mother board and CPU.

Easily accessible place both by metro & road but quite a walking distance from metro nice decent shop available near parking area of nehru place. I must say courteous staff they helped me a lot explained everything all pros and cons of products in which i was confused i even tried many other big shops like cost to cost and giga byte but i got best price at SMC.

I recommend this place to every one visiting Nehru Place if you want to built a PC this is best shop for you.

Was looking for a Ryzen 7 laptop with atleast NVIDIA 1650 graphics. Got exactly what I was looking for and for the best price in Nehru Place. They even added in an 8GB 2333 MHz RAM and 1TB HDD for just 3,000 extra.

You'll get the best deal on ASUS and MSI products here. Looking elsewhere will just be wasting your time.

Purchased a prebuilt pc online worth 84k. After the purchase I was not provided with any update or status about the product, and the details about when will it be delivered. Even when I would try to contact them, their phone lines were always busy, and there was no person whom I could speak with which was quite frustuating. I have received a call after a 5 days of ordering regarding the components. The product was shipped after a week and it is working good. The packing is amazing. Atleast, I was worried about the bluedart courier service because they don't handle products good. but the packing by SMC is very good so that product was delivered to me in a very good condition. I am giving 4 stars only because the communication was hard. Apart from that, pretty good place to buy from.

I got a Desktop assembled from smc. Its good. They deal with mostly high end gaming rigs , GPUs , motherboards Processors etc. I assembled a low end PC just for causal everyday computing needs. It works great . No hassles. Might think about assembling a gaming rig from here only sometime in future. I highly recommend it, to gamers!

They were not cooperative, I went for a PC build and asked why there is price club for processor and mother board and the owner replied in a weird manner "hamare yaha toh aise hi aata hai Lena hai toh dekh lao" arre Bhai customer hu kuch questions hoge pushoga toh sahi . Straight away I left the shop.
