Replacement of SMPS Of pc takes time around 3-4 days. but their customer interaction is good.

These people are the experts when it comes to building PCs or anything in that regard. They have the best people working for them.

I remember calling up the number posted on the website and then I got in touch with SAKSHI (one of the most helpful member of the team) and then I told her my requirements with the budget and she came back with the most perfect configuration one cannot deny.

The best part about SMC is that they do not beat around the bush for anything and are very clear with the entire process.

Customer Support is worst ... everytime I tried to contact for buy products they request for whatsapp then they Didn t reply .. ones in while by mistake they do reply then for further Requirements can t get

Good place to buy PCs I found this on a video on youtube and I the price of my PC went from 98k to 81k which was pretty cheap and I was able to add more stuff to it, the staff is pretty helpful and quick they solve all your queries in seconds which is pretty rare and great

If you are building your first Pc then you go for it - SMC International genuine shop.
They guide you if you don't know anything about PC built with genuine price.
But compared with online price my suggestion.

The experience inside the shop was really good for me.
The environment of the shop was really positive and that's hard to find these days.

The place was good and the staff was fine as well but they didn't had any laptops handy to show as shown in the pictures.

Service is really good. I made customized build PC with the help of SMC, and during this pandemic, they took care of the home delivery.
I was assisted by Ashwani, one of their employees. He is very supportive and he helped me in all my queries.

Asked whether the new gl63 8RD laptop has a 120hz display or 60hz, the salesperson Said 'Display is FHD'. Uneducated salesperson had no clue about product's referesh rate. MSI should definitely change staff.

If you are looking for complete PC build this one of the best place to look. They deal with MSI brand which is renowned best gaming hardware. The technicians are also skilled and know what they are doing. I am really happy with my PC build.

Worse shop and the customer service is horrible first they have every thing overpriced and I wanted buy a pc cabinet and they said we don't sell it separately it's better if you go in main market and look around you will find better price and customer service as well

I bought my whole pc from there, there are bigger customers who buy a whole lot of systems from this place. They assemble your pc according to your choices or they will suggest a system which suits you better. They have every component that you will ask for, from case, ram, rom, storage, fans, processors, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headphones and even gaming chairs. Everything is professional there.

Awful service !! they ask for Rs 300.(each time any problem occurs) for checking parts which r in warranty...&
they don`t collect any faulty part like mother board or graphic card in warranty to submit in desired service center ... you shall submit your parts to service center on your own....which is equal to buying online!!! worst service.... they deserve 0 rating....!

No MSI laptops were there on display. More of an ASUS store with only Asus laptops. I won't recommend going there if you can buy laptops online. You can get same laptop model from Flipkart or Amazon in less price.

Cooperative staff (Mr.Shekhar) with excellent hospitality .They are always willing to serve even after office hours.

This place is okayish. I visited to purchase few hardware for my new PC build but they do not sell individual parts you'll have purchase all the parts from them otherwise they'll reject to sell individual parts to you.
