I have had the pleasure of working with Meg and Bryan at a previous company and am so glad to be part of their team again. This work environment is pleasant, fun and everyone is nothing but professional. This is definitely an amazing company to work for. The culture is positive and destined for success for many years to come!

We have been using SmartContact for about five months to handle inbound service calls for two very busy dealerships. They are quick to answer the phone, have experience with multiple different scheduling software platforms and overall just do a great job with our customers. The days of relying on automated operators and voicemail are history. Customers want to talk to a real person and we have been very pleased with how the SmartContact team has performed. We highly recommend this company.

Smart contact judges your whole life before making a decision to hire, or to not hire. I was one NOT hired, with over 4years of medical answering service experience, and over 10years customer service experience... AND I also worked at DME (autopoint) the company from which Bryan came from...I'm very qualified and was not chosen for whatever reason. I even know a couple of employees that work there...Well the bad choices probably won't give you the chance to meet good people. Not cool at all, Smartcontact!!

Smart Contact is an inbound/outbound call center. I've worked there about a month, and they are some of the nicest, friendliest folks Ive ever met. Happy that they hired me full-time. A great place to work!

If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't. I worked for this company since October and I guess the star can stand for the cleanliness and the owner has a sense of humor. Aside from that the company is ALL OVER THE PLACE they make changes and some changes aren't even made known it's been changed 1 person says one thing another person says another. The call center team leaders are good people BUT then theres the women who 'runs' the floor Meg. I've never worked for someone who is more miserable to work with and not even have to speak to. When I first started there I heard nothing but the WORST from people who worked there and are currently still there and people who worked there before I even started that no longer work there. She's the rudest women I've ever met she barks orders and she's down right disrespectful towards people. Whoever works here or has worked here knows what I'm talking about. Our day will depend on how her mood is. Literally working there EVERYONE dreads her coming into work and working with her! You dnt even have to see her to know she's there. I literally hated working there with every ounce of my body when she was there. When she wasn't there it straight. So glad this women can't control my days anymore! Goodluck to anyone who works there with her. She's the devil LITERALLY!!

This is a great place to work! Bryan the CEO really cares about the employees happiness and wants everyone to succeed. Meg, the call center manager, is a great person who has many years of experience and helps all of us on a daily basis. I am thankful to be working here and look forward to many years of happiness and success.
