They take great care of the tenants.. Front desk are Angels...

The office is courteous, and maintenance is timely. I have never had a problem living here. No pests. My neighbors have all been here for years. The pool is clean and they are very strict about not letting non-residents (or their friends) swim here in the summer. It is pretty quiet. Not a lot of kids. No pets allowed so no poop around the neighborhood as with some other apartments around town. I think this is the perfect little place for a single person or couple. Only downside is that I have a lot of neighbors who smoke and I can t really take advantage of the porch. It would be nice if they had smoking/non-smoking units/areas.

This place suck really bad. Management suck, starting suck, security suck, just everything suck. Yea the rent might be a little cheap and it comes with a few utilities but when somethhing goes down. Don't expect management to contact you right away or fix any problems right away. They will skip out o you and avoid the situation as much as possible. RECONSIDER!!!!!!!!

Very nice people, the apartments are very clean and well maintained

While I have not lived here I am one of the people that clean the carpets as vacant and occupied units! I can honestly say that the staff is by far one of the most organized and courteous groups in the Augusta area.
