It is a hotel with a fantastic staff, very helpful staff, good food and different. Private rooms for parties with all service available.

Sincerely good service .. the young man with glasses who works at the reception is very competent and speaks very good English and notably French. Do not forget others are also very competent
The cleaning service is for the rooms is 5 stars nothing to say.
The only negative point that I noticed is the young people who serve breakfast at the bar in the morning .. sometimes they forget the orders .. it happened to me that I had to ask for a glass of water 3 times until I spoke with the person in charge and it was quick and effective .
But in general it is an excellent 5 * hotel.

Fantastic hotel, both business and family, on the beach, unobstructed view of the sea, with a great location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Spacious and comfortable rooms on the sea.
As for the Gastronomy from breakfast, lunch and dinner it is difficult to know what is best ... Everything very tasty, exquisite and of the best quality with an excellent bar.

This is a true 5 star hotel. It might not have the most modern/ fancy features like electrical curtains but its scenic view, the grand room design, the warm and friendly staff, and the fantastic spa and pool area, are indeed a 5-star quality. I also stayed in Epic Sana Lisboa before coming here, so I can easily tell the difference of a 5-star vs. 4-star service.

Excellent Hotel with beautiful views. Service was wonderful. Staff was professional, helpful & friendly. Food & drink service was excellent. Room was clean, organized & well decorated.

One hotel receptionist at a time that was busy. Bell boy ran over or near miss with our bags . M room was not listed as booked then miraculous it was all along . Very poor service indeed 5 star this is Not.

5 star hotel, wonderful, great Gustavo for the Cascais Bay, great accommodations, perfect service. Suites very welcoming and very well cleaned and tidy ,.this not only at check in, but throughout the stay. Whenever we arrived the room, bed and bathroom.peteitis and very clean. I congratulate these professionals here.

I went to try the buffet and I confess it did not surprise me, several basic things were not to my liking, which counterbalanced the food was the view !!

A Beautiful Hotel, unbeatable location and exquisite treatment, close and decisive for all the demands I have made, it supplanted all my expectations. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place that I hope to visit again. It s beautiful with an artistic design that makes you not want to leave. The staff is exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The food and drink are of the highest level and the outdoor pool, spa (like no other) and places to get away and enjoy the sea view are incredible. It s close to Lisboa and a short walk to the beach and into town for restaurants, drinks and shopping. I ve enjoyed staying at some wonderful places and this may be the best.

Beautiful hotel well placed. The staff is very nice. Great indoor / outdoor pools. For a 5 star, the "luxury" rooms with sea view are a little disappointing: toilet bowl in the bathroom, 1 single sunbath (+ 1 chair) on the beautiful terrace and bed space / closet too narrow so inconvenient.

Very good traditional buffet lunch and even better service. Congratulations to the entire team.

I need to say that it is the first hotel in my life with such a high quality of service. I liked everything.

Room: It was bigger than I expected, the bed was huge. Furniture is, maybe not a new one, but in perfect condition, I would say in classical style. Fresh water every day. A small present from the hotel: 10-year old Porto vine. Small chocolate every day before sleeping. Cleaning is twice per day in the morning and the evening. Stuff provided in the bedroom has excellent quality.

The territory and facilities: Two swimming pools: outdoor and indoor with sauna and other facilities. We also experienced spa: the massage was nice, they indeed found my pain points on the body. Also, we tried the gourmet restaurant and it was worth the food there was delicious.

Going to Brunch on a Saturday for 32 person / adult.
I want to go back.
