We have been using SmartContact for about five months to handle inbound service calls for two very busy dealerships. They are quick to answer the phone, have experience with multiple different scheduling software platforms and overall just do a great job with our customers. The days of relying on automated operators and voicemail are history. Customers want to talk to a real person and we have been very pleased with how the SmartContact team has performed.
