Always refreshing. Rather than driving all over the metroplex, Smart Auto does the shopping for you. No salesman, no long, drawn out game of going back and forth with the boss, no frustration. All the work is done for you. Your chosen vehicle is brought to your home for you, the paperwork is already drawn up and all you need to do is to sign it. This time I am a repeat customer. I started speaking with Phil a few months ago checking out my options with my wife's Suv was going to expire in December. Phil helped me to make a very educated decision to purchase her Suv and add a warranty . I brought up checking on a truck for myself. Phil checked the numbers and found that I had positive equity and was below 100,000 miles even in a Four Wheel Drive Diesel Mega Cab. Phil got me into a New Tundra Crew Max 4x4. I recently completed a deal with Phil Boudreaux, who was absolutely stellar from start to finish. As a matter of fact, this deal went much smoother than the previous one that I had with you. Not that the first experience was not a good one, it was a great one, but I was trying to accomplish something that was beyond my financial capacity at the time for my business, so it took a little bit longer to pull together over several days. This experience with Phil began with a phone call after I submitted a request online and went all the way through approval and expediting in less than 30 minutes of time on the phone!
Phil is bright, honest, candid and forthcoming. He kept me focused on the deal, and professionally answered every single question that I had in regards to refinancing my vehicle with Smart. I had a pre-approval document from another lender at 7% and Phil came back and beat that with a 4.5% deal, and he got me a lower monthly payment, with terms to keep my truck! I went into this deal thinking that I wasn t going to get a great deal due to the negative equity I have in the vehicle from the previous sale, but Phil was able to work through the deal, keep me where I needed to be financially and even came to my office in a storm to sign off on the deal!
