I was very nervous to start my process for my second lease. Kent Booze made me very comfortable in understanding that even though my lease wasn't up until November we could start the process in searching for my new leased vehicle. Within a few weeks I was in his office and signing the papers for my new Nissan Rogue with zero apprehensions.
