I wanted to leave a feedback couple of days back but was tied up with other things. I was on call with one of the team members last saturday(11/26/2016) for close to 1hr and i gave all the information he needed. I was pretty clear on my parameters on my first call. He wanted additional information to understand my financial situation to make a good recommendation and i gave him all the information. He pulled my credit report on that day itself. He said IT was possible.
On a Follow up call things changed so drastically that he stated there is NO way(mathematically impossible) to get what i wanted. He went over my credit report and read back things that were same on saturday(which were ok on saturday ) but on monday he listed them as BIG RED FLAGs that stop me from doing what i want to do.
2nd follow up call (changed my plans) i asked him for options to lease an SUV and he said THERE IS NO WAY to lease an SUV with 0$ down for 250$/month. I was so mad at him that ALL THE OPTIONS i asked him - he was stating NOT POSSIBLE with my budget. I was so pissed on the call but didnot show my anger , however after the call i thought about his statements that: "THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO LEASE AN SUV for 250$/month for 36months with 0$/down for 15K a month" He said "Minimum payment for any kind of SUV will be LOWER 400 "
Guess what I was able to get it myself.
I wont recommend any of my friends or myself to tap your door in the future because of
1) When you guys don't want to provide service : The SAME facts will be used to criticize the customer
2) You wasted a HARD INQUIRY on my report
