Absolutely an awesome and seamless process working with Kent Booze finding and locating my new Toyota 4Runner Off Road Premium 2019 and even more important get creative to get the price point I wanted per month. A couple details I listed below:
- I drove my 2004 Sequoia for 14 years and had 235k miles. The thing survived various battles in GOT!!! It was beyond time for a new vehicle.
- Kent knew I wanted to find a Pre-Certified/Used 4Runner specific to my trim level and details I wanted. Turned out he found a brand new 2019 version I was open to speaking about.
- Price point at the options he crafted together made much more sense than buying a Pre-Certified for a car that holds it value very highly.
- Absolutely easy and seamless process with paperwork, financing details and even picking up the ride while I was in Dallas visiting.
- Cannot wait to continue to work with Kent on the next ride. I can see why he has helped 5 of our friends in Austin these last few years!!!

I've had a car from them for over a year now. I usually don't write reviews but this was a horrible buying experience. I like the car but I will not use them again. I actually tried to return the car the next day and they would let me. They sales person told me my warranty was for 3 years, it was actually for 2. Really disapointed. But I blame myself more than them...

Update 11/30/15 - I had the sale manager contact me after my review. He discussed my lease program and made me feel more confident about my decision. He didn't "sell" me on my decision a year ago, rather he listened to my issues and showed genuine concern. Very good follow up.

My husband and I leased our first car about 2 years ago. We felt like we got a great deal, but we soon realized that wasn't the case. The lease we signed was for 12K miles/year. This had become an issue quickly.

My husband contacted two leasing companies, one of which was Smart Auto Leasing. Let's just say the other guys never stood a chance.

Phillip was very attentive to our needs and extremely responsive. There was never any guessing and he worked really hard to get us where we wanted to be on our monthly payments, as well as the down payment. This by far was the easiest transaction we had gone through.

Oh yeah, about the other guy, well he was still waiting on an "invoice" on one of the car's I was interested in. Phillip had already brought me 2 cars to test drive. Phillip was always professional and very courteous.

In the end the other guy gave us a lower offer, but we decided to stick with Phillip and Smart Auto Leasing because we felt like he had our best interest at heart. And we know that we will be taken care of for many years to come.

We will definitely be leasing all our vehicles with Phillip at Smart Auto Leasing.

This was my first experience leasing a vehicle. Kent Booze with Smart Auto Leasing was great. He thoroughly explained the process and found me the truck I wanted. I was able to take the equity out of my trade-in and put it in my investment account where it will grow instead of depreciate. The monthly payments are also less than I would pay if I was financing the same truck. I never had to step foot in the dealership. I live 2 hours from his office, and he met me halfway with the truck. I felt like I was doing something wrong because it was so easy.

I m very happy with my experience with this dealership. The car was exactly as advertised online with no surprises. Kent was great and made sure everything got done, and had the car delivered to me in Florida.

I don't recommend this company at all ,they are not professional ,I called to trade my car , the sell man was Robert ,I called them to see what is the price for my car and other car to trade ,he told me ok to continue you have to give me SSN and all information about you birthday and everything ,I told him first give me the detail price for bought car and after that I will decide it's worth for me or not ,he told me I will send you very detail email with all information about next hour ,he never return my call until after that day I called them to see what is the status of my case ,he told me the car is sold and he made hard inquiries to my credit and my score goes down hey made damage ,without anything that's why never go to this place and they make you credit damage

Great experience! Cooper took the time to find exactly what I wanted. After coming to a decision on a vehicle, he called me the next day saying he had found just as good a deal on another vehicle with fewer miles. He already had a deal locked up, but this guy was still out there trying to find something better! I will be in the market for another vehicle within the year, and Cooper is the first and only call I plan on making.

This 6 day experience has been absolutely TERRIBLE. The sales guy lacks communication and follow up. We have let the manager/ owner know TWICE about this issue, yet never received a response or any change. We are taking our business elsewhere, as they obviously buy their reviews.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Smart Auto Leasing! Kelly Elliot was my leasing agent. She took the time to find out EXACTLY what my wants and needs were. She explained the process to me in detail (because I like that) and eased my fears about "leasing". It took a few days, but Kelly was able to find EXACTLY the car that I needed to suit my lifestyle. Within 24 hours of her finding MY car, she delivered it to me with a tank full of gas and a smile. Believe me when I say I will NEVER acquire a new car any other way!
