This 6 day experience has been absolutely TERRIBLE...

This 6 day experience has been absolutely TERRIBLE. The sales guy lacks communication and follow up. We have let the manager/ owner know TWICE about this issue, yet never received a response or any change. We are taking our business elsewhere, as they obviously buy their reviews.
