I failed to post this review then. However, better late than never. Kent hand delivered all the paper work to our home in Hurst. Helped us get our payement down to $241 from $284. Worked with us even though the Jeep we purchased was not one from his company. Answered all my questions and then some. Made the process in this difficult time memorable.

Having only known the drama that went along with spending a day or more at dealerships to buy a car, I decided to take a shot at leasing a vehicle for the first time. I really didn't know what to expect of the process or how to go about it, so I just filled out a couple of online interest forms and waited to be contacted. Kelly was the first to call me and I must say I'm extremely happy that she was. While on the phone she asked me what I was looking for - my answer, "I don't know." She went on to ask me some general questions about needs and wants that, in my opinion, didn't paint a very good picture for her. However, she took what little information I provided her regarding what kind of car I wanted, the in need of some serious TLC late model vehicle I was driving, and the challenge of a less than ideal credit score declaring, "If all goes well, I'll have you be in a new car in the next 24-48 hours". This, honestly, scared me a little - I wasn't used to the process being SO easy to get through and the possiblility of follow-up happening SO immediately. But that's exactly how things went and Kelly delivered with style. I am now the proud leasee of a fully loaded, flashy 2013 VW Passat, hands-down the best car I've ever had in my time as a driver. The cost minimally impacts my household budget and the terms truly do "give the freedom to drive it like you own it". My visits to dealerships are OVER! From now on, this is the only way I'm going about getting a new car...Thanks Kelly, you're the best!

I have written several reviews in my time but it has always been because of poor service, poor quality, or substandard customer service. This is my first positive review as I am compelled to express just how great my car purchases were with Smart Lease (Especially Kelly Elliott) and the way it made made me and my wife feel. I started my journey stuck at a Jaguar dealership with them telling me I couldn't get approved by their bank for financing so I started searching for Leasing companies online and by chance found Kent who was still working at 6:45PM a few days before Christmas.. I gave him my info over the phone and within 15 min or so He got me approved and found me the car I was looking for.. Kent always was available for any questions I had and even drove probably 25 miles to meet me to sign the paperwork so I didn't have to drive all the way to Plano..
