I was referred to Phil by a friend. We stared to look at different cars in my price range. Once I explained to him exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay, Phil delivered! He got me exactly what I wanted in the time frame that I needed it as well. I am very grateful and so pleased with the process it took little to no time at all.
