Staff are not friendly..location is the worst, when it gets flooded sayonara getting out.

In Manila's worst property, you need an ID card to enter. But it takes at least 1 month to process the ID card. During this time, you need to enter through the parking lot on the first floor. The manager does not have a temporary ID card. Even if you show them a rent contract, we pay the management fee but don't get the return.
The worst property in Manila, no one. The Philippine is too rigid to do things. LINEAR requires an access card for entry and exit. If you don't, even if you show the rent contract, the property is slow and the card is running for 1 month. More still in the process, there is no temporary card for you. The elevator is very slow at the peak, at least five minutes, the security is very strict will force the card when entering and leaving, no privacy. Move out any large items or take your baggage to leave the application form. The management office is unreasonable and unilaterally believes that the penalty is violated. It is commendable that the swimming pool is large enough and the management is cautious.

A place in the heart of Makati, near to department stores schools, churches, hospitals and a ride to Makati CBD

The restaurant and supermarket downstairs are super convenient~

Good service and facilities, high floor building in downtown. Convenience location for food and shopping mall, 10minutes from Airport only

Shared facilities are good, but there are many people in the gym

We stayed in Linear for 1 year. I rated it as 1 star for a lot of reasons.
> The admin staff are always late. There is always a long queue for paying the water bills as the one who will process it is always late. If you're lucky, they might not be late but they are too busy talking about other stuff than working.
> The gym equipments are broken
> Very few / no CCTV at all on hallways. There was a guy knocking and kicking our door, no guards came because there is no CCTV so how will they know, right? We tried using the intercom to contact them, surprise! it's not working. It happened twice, we reported it to the guards and they just dismissed us.
> Anyone can enter the unit. Even non-tenants or owners.
> The guards are racist. I just notice that whenever I go for a swim, the guard would always approach me if I have already logged in to the log book. But never... in my whole stay I saw a guard ask those Chinese or Korean tenants even if it's too obvious that none of them logged in. Another instance, I went for a grocery and the guard didn't even bother to help me open the door (to think I have 2 big grocery bags on my hands), to my disappointment, the next person (Chinese) to walk that door, he happily opened the door and even greeted the tenant. Just can't believe it, Pilipino tayo dito pero hindi man lang maituring na pantay ang kapwa Pilipino sa ibang lahi.
> Other tenants are inconsiderate. Especially those Chinese / Koreans. They won't even bother to hold the elevator door open while you are alighting. That's an elevator etiquette to boot. Even heard one of them said "I don't respect Filipinos." Other tenants will definitely agree with me on this.

Anyway, that's all. But hopefully there will be an improvement.

The place is okay but there are things which are not nice. it's noisy for it is near the railway station and some nights the hub beside the condominium would have events on some nights and they make the volume in full blast and this would be until early morning the next day. More so, the building administration would really have to consider the health of the residents. There also inhabit german cockroaches which are really harmful to people.

Not a good place to play basketball. Staff are either not a professional or a scammer I think. For a 3 hrs game they required a 10k (5k rental fee, 5k security deposit). As per Aimee (person incharge), the security deposit will be available for REFUND AFTER 2 WEEKS (why?). 2 weeks after, we initiated the refund process but its been a month and yet the admin hasn't given us the refund. We always get a response of "MAYBE NEXT WEEK".
