1) not punctuality
2) meteors work poorly. I witnessed the situation: in Peterhof, people boarded a ship, it could not start. People were transplanted into the next one. The malfunctioning snorted snorted, barely started. And those standing on the pier were seated on it and taken away. Apparently, until the tragedy happens, these vehicles will not be checked.
3) in the meteors themselves, instead of an interesting story, umbrellas and calendars are advertised at prices higher than even on Palace Square.

Awfull service, specially online. We booked our trip online 1 hour before its departure, but never recived our tickets. Fortunately, boat departed late, so we had time to solve the problem. Un our case, one mistake of this company solved their other mistake, but the experience witj them was bad.

They promise a live guide. Instead, they include a poor, barely working audio guide. They promise blankets on a night excursion, but they are not on the spot. The employees are rude. In general, shame and disgrace.

The meteor came an hour later than the time for which the ticket was purchased !!!!!

Choose another Company.
This one was terrible about so many things.
First they mislead with departure time. 14:45 ended up being 15:05. Then the price was 150 more expensive than the competition. Then the boat trip took 1h:15 min instead of 45 min we spent the other way with another company. Them fuel smells throughout the whole trip was a real nuisance.
Then a salesman could not shut half of the yelling to sell all sorts of stupid merchandise.
A very disappointing experience!
Never again.

Super value for money, with almost 2 hours of travel for the night excursion

The site was a little tricky to use but everything else was fine.
They even changed my return from Peterhof at no cost.

Paid for 2 hours and 40 minutes of the trip, of which 50 minutes the steamer stupidly stood at the berth, collecting latecomers, then went to another berth after them, then back to the first. This guys is called fucking, not work.

I have booked 2 roundtrip online tickets to Peterhof (Meteor). I received this tickets at cashbox on piers, they have the same departure time (I didn't pay attention on it). On my return way I was said in rude manner my time is up and we have to wait ship with free places for one hour (Leftover principle). Please do not use this company. They can ruin your plans. Level of service is very low.

We departed 25 minutes later than the departure time. At the box office, when selling, tickets were sold at 18:15. And upon landing, it turned out that the departure was at 18:30. In short, they just cheated so that they could buy tickets faster. Meteora with a departure time of 18:30 sailed before us. Still on board for about 20 minutes on the speakerphone, the employee fooled her head with souvenirs. Disappointed. The attitude towards customers is disgusting

The trip was spontaneous. Bought tickets on the site (by the way, through the site 15% discount). We went on a tour of the Forgotten Islands. We learned a lot about our hometown. An excellent guide led the program.
