We stayed in Linear for 1 year. I rated it as 1 star for a lot of reasons.
> The admin staff are always late. There is always a long queue for paying the water bills as the one who will process it is always late. If you're lucky, they might not be late but they are too busy talking about other stuff than working.
> The gym equipments are broken
> Very few / no CCTV at all on hallways. There was a guy knocking and kicking our door, no guards came because there is no CCTV so how will they know, right? We tried using the intercom to contact them, surprise! it's not working. It happened twice, we reported it to the guards and they just dismissed us.
> Anyone can enter the unit. Even non-tenants or owners.
> The guards are racist. I just notice that whenever I go for a swim, the guard would always approach me if I have already logged in to the log book. But never... in my whole stay I saw a guard ask those Chinese or Korean tenants even if it's too obvious that none of them logged in. Another instance, I went for a grocery and the guard didn't even bother to help me open the door (to think I have 2 big grocery bags on my hands), to my disappointment, the next person (Chinese) to walk that door, he happily opened the door and even greeted the tenant. Just can't believe it, Pilipino tayo dito pero hindi man lang maituring na pantay ang kapwa Pilipino sa ibang lahi.
> Other tenants are inconsiderate. Especially those Chinese / Koreans. They won't even bother to hold the elevator door open while you are alighting. That's an elevator etiquette to boot. Even heard one of them said "I don't respect Filipinos." Other tenants will definitely agree with me on this.
> There are flies on the lobby.
> this list will just go on...

Anyway, that's all. But hopefully there will be an improvement.
