Was trying to get an appt using e number provided but after MULTIPLE CALLS there was no answer so headed to Mei Ling str branch only to be turned away n asked to head to Alexandra central branch n we did so by taking a cab n even so otw still calling e number listed... Wen reached at e Alex. Central branch e staff were so so so so rude m kept telling me 'I no boss u call e boss ' n 'I not free u go other place ' n worst was 'u stand here also no use I don't want to do for u'!!!! I will definitely not EVER RECOMMEND UR PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! Saw ur reply n would like to correct u- ur staff at 153 mei ling St branch told us to head over to A. CENTRAL... think u aught to check ur story before telling me anything n yes WE WERE CALLING U FROM 12PM STIL NO ONE REPLIED US! NOBODY BOTHERED RETURNING OUR CALLS EITHER!!!! N I understand yr policy abt walk-ins - my issue is how RUDE UR STAFF AT ALEXANDRA CENTRAL WERE! THEY CAN TELL ME TO 'GO ANOTHER SHOP IM NOT FREE SO GO OFF'!!!!!!
First time there. Paid for the 60min/$58 package. ML unknown but friendly. Can take a shower first. Ask me how hard/soft a massage I want. Her massage skill is good n able to relief my whole back n neck. Certainly will visit again as and when I m nearby n needed a relief...maybe next visit try the 90min package
Found through Google maps will definitely visit again next trip.
