I'm not sure why there are only 4.4 stars. St. Lukes hospice and the angels that work there deserve the highest praise! The tranquility and care given to patients and their families is a great comfort.

A brilliant, cosy place with very friendly staff who know what they're doing. The single rooms are better than most hotels I've been to and even the shared rooms look like they're for celebrities. My only problem is that sometimes the staff can't take a hint and so try really hard to stop you from doing certain things that you really want to do just because you may not be comfortable all the time. For example, my mum wanted to see Infinity War, but beforehand was told countless times that she shouldn't go because she "might lean forward on her wheelchair and won't be able to get back up" which she really hated. Apart from that, though, this place is really nice and you shouldn't worry about anyone being treated badly here.

The staff are absolutely amazing here! I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for my uncle. The whole atmosphere of the hospice is so relaxing and welcoming. The staff tend to the needs of the patients and also the relatives with the highest of standards and respect.
