Be careful with lease plan. They are SCAMMERS They are scammers, my contract runs for 48 months, but was calculated at 36 months. So I should pay cheaper per month ... oh no says Leaseplan. Due to the automatic parking brake that did not work, roads hit the post. Damage 100 euros but have to pay 500 euros. Unfriendly emails must always be right. People think when you lease with lease plan Zaventem.
Horrible company. They never reply your emails and they charge you when you return your car as much as they can even for things that were written in the report when you got the car. You have to fight with them until they accept it. It seems it is like that with everyone. NOT recommended it at all.

Be careful when delivering the car. Every little detail is written down and charged! Never nice to get a bill of 1400, and if you send an email with the question behind this exact calculation, you will not get an answer! Another typical example of a large company that tries to get money out of your pockets in every way.
Deserves an award for worst service in the world. Without full-time PhDs who are constantly combing the company looking for better ways to tease customers, you will not keep the service that consistently low. Impressive what an effort and ingenuity radiates from this company. Because without high-tech, non-stop supervision, someone would be helpful by accident once in a while. And I can assure you that that note is the case. Each. Interaction. Runs. Mass. A selection from the range: - it took 7 months with a reminder every month before a repair was made - money goes from the account without invoice - forgot to send a green card and haven't received it after 3 reminders (via email) - contract transferred to new owner (what a big deal that was) and yes, despite triple confirmation of lease plan, the amount is now after month 3 still from my account.
Zero customer service. No answer to emails. No one is aware of anything. Delivery dates are changed without notice. Incomprehensible how such a company can function.

The worst Leasing company in Belgium! A deplorable service, to close your contract, they take days, weeks to answer you, all that to continue paying rent! Go to the competition if you are looking for a REAL leasing company !!!
Very bad service, no communication with the client. After an accident the time for reparation was exagerated (more than 2 months for 2 scrathes) and of course you have to pay during this time. The platter next to my house would do the same job in less than 2 days. Stay away from this company.
