I don't like the operator's tone (May 22, 3:45 PM). Special to conversation. It's a fun experience that you sell, so let's keep it fun when you make the reservation. Mister just hung up while I still had questions ... I expect a response to this event, and I still like to ask my questions.

Very grumpy employee, we were 10 min late and they immediately wanted to cancel the flight. Also pay 5, - to print out. Pilot, on the other hand, was nice and had a nice flight.
Here you can take flying lessons and book sightseeing flights. There are better and much cheaper but here you can at least get off the ground safely.
Last Friday I traveled enthusiastically to Teuge for a trial lesson in a Cessna. Immediately upon entering Sky Service Netherlands it became clear who was in charge there. He sat with his back to his customers, let the pilots do all the work and pointed them out quite emphatically to things that went 'wrong' in his eyes. He also urged the pilots to be especially quick. The customer was clearly not a king here, but just like the pilots a national. Printing our registration was not possible there, we had to arrange that somewhere else. So no flight. Eventually we were allowed to send our registration by email, after which he would print it out. Then it turned out that we had to be with Special Air Services. According to him, that company was almost bankrupt and hardly operated any flights anymore, but perhaps he could arrange something.
Special Air Services was a relief, however, we were answered calmly and adequately and kept informed of our delayed flight due to the strong wind. Upon inquiry, the owner of Sky Service Netherlands turned out to be an ex-employee of Special Air Services, with apparently quite some remorse.
conclusion: poor service, authoritarian boss who also treats his staff and customers that way. We were happy to have booked with Special Air Servcies, and not here.
Being allowed to fly yourself to experience what it is like to fly an airplane. I was allowed to do it at Sky Service Netherlands. Whether you are orientating to learn to fly yourself or if you just want to fly over your own home to see how everything looks from above. that is possible there. I came there for the first time and was briefed and guided by pilot Jacco Koeleman. He explained a lot and clearly to me. A very nice experience and definitely recommended. even if it is a once in a lifetime experience, Do! and thanks for that 0-G experience ;-)

Had a great time there with my first flying lesson. Good professional instructor, who was patient enough to even teach me.... The school itself is small and simple but no more is asked. (You want to pay for the lessons, not the interior of the school, don't you agree?). The school is situated at the 'Teuge Airport' which is close to Apeldoorn. As there are no commercial flights flying over this area it is the perfect place to start your 'career' as a pilot.

Yes.. Its true.. U can fly a airplane hete under the guidance of a pilot... Basically the pilot will take off and land the flight.. You can steer only when u r on the air... Flying experience is nice.. But the man at the reception is very rude.. Old and cranky... We were late because of road blockage... So he canceled my friend's fly without refund.. He didn't reschedule it.. Apart from this pilot was very nice.. He explained everything calmly..

Here accidentally ended up (had to be at the neighbor's lock). Very unfriendly fat man behind the counter who stays with his back to his customers. Kaffert its staff where customers are with. Absolutely unwilling to accommodate you in any way. Tells that his neighbors are bankrupt and that they are taking over the flights. Checking with the neighbors (Special Air Services) shows that this is not the case at all and my flight could continue as normal. If you want to fly and you also want a nice start to your flight, then fly 500 meters away at SAS. The pilots here seem ok to me, but the owner is a very annoying man!
In an airplane above the Veluwe, one or more people fly. It is possible here. Or sit and do a cup.

But because I wanted some more information I stayed on the line.
In the reviews I read more people who have an unpleasant experience with the 'customer service', which is a shame. And especially when I read that the response from Sky Service is actually 9 out of 10 times not really compassionate but rather arrogant.
My mother made a flight with sky service as a birthday present. Friendly staff, who work very professionally.
Although everything was well arranged, the accommodation was rather disappointing. If more attention was paid to a representative waiting area with options for a snack, it would be five stars.

Very friendly guy, already got control handlebar during the rise and only had to let go when landing.
I enjoyed this wonderful experience and would recommend anyone to come and do this.

The pilots were very friendly and professional. A point of attention: We were later due to circumstances. We contacted the phone number on the booking confirmation. The same phone number was also mentioned online everywhere. Up to 2x I have had a gentleman from the reception on the line to pass the message that we would be a little later, but he responded in a very unfriendly arrogant way. Mr explains that we had to contact us via the phone number on the confirmation. The first time we accepted it. We indeed went to see if we could find the correct number, (maybe we are missing something?) But we always came across the same number with 'the mister of the reception'. I called him again to make it clear to this gentleman that there was NO other phone number than the one where I kept talking to the sir. Then I REQUIRED the RIGHT number I could call to inform that we would be a little later. Anyway, the gentleman of the giant springs had to look it up for a while, but gosh .... eventually got a direct phone number from the persons who were operationally connected to the airport. Had that given immediately, then we would be ready ..... The employees at the airport are fortunately very nice! The pilots understood the situation when I was on the phone (finally ...). Despite the delay, we were able to finish the flight. Unfortunately we have not yet received the video we-transfer link by email for which we paid euro 20, so we will call you how or what. To significantly improve the service, I would advise Skyservice to ask the gentleman at the reception to be 'slightly more friendly' to the customers. Try the Chinese smile, whatever but right now it's not a calling card, excusez le mo. His service focus can be tightened by at least 80%. Perhaps it helps if the correct telephone number is mentioned on the reservation confirmation, so that no-one comes with a sour feeling if they have had this reservation sir on the phone, should an emergency occur. It spoils a day out for people, moreover I don't want to be treated in a disrespectful way. This is not due to Skyservice, but the person / gent who represents the reservation department. I trust that this can be prevented in the future if this gentleman takes a more positive and energetic attitude. I don't need any further explanation. Please make sure that the contact details are correct OR that the reservation department can immediately give a correct telephone number or simply transfer the customers immediately. It was also a TOP DAY. Very nice pleasant pilots with good explanation and humor :) thanks !!! I'll definitely come again!

Nice afternoon flown in an old Cesna. Friendly young pilot. The old man who takes the phone calls should do this better - very unpleasant and arrogant during the conversation.

Booking the flight was a bit more complicated than it had to be, the operator is efficient but borderline rude.

Koop geen kadobon in de wintermaanden want dan kan je afspraak worden afgezegd vanwege slecht weer (wat in de winter regelmatig het geval is). Wanneer je na zes maanden al zes keer bent afgezegd en om een of andere tegemoetkoming vraagt, krijg je de dreiging met een jurist.
I get a kite experience from my girlfriend as a gift. So went here. Received by friendly staff. Then fly. Super exciting! Pilot was super nice and explained everything well. In the air he told a few things but could not understand everything by the sound and the experience. What a great thing it was !! Would recommend it to everyone!

Very nice place to do a first flight in a Cessna. Good instructors who have a good sense of what you do and don't dare. The option to fly for half an hour instead of 15 minutes is a good idea anyway. You can almost immediately steer yourself and that is very cool.
We have had a very nice experience with this company. Nice, helpful people who were happy to answer all questions. A very nice pilot. A top experience !!!!
