I consult motorcycle watch repair informing them of the problem and they tell me that they can solve it, after 3 weeks without a response they tell me that the only solution is to disable the immobilizer of my Ducati monster and I tell them not to do it because this solution is a fudge that I do not admit, I request that the parts be returned to me the same as they were received, my unpleasant surprise is when I take the parts to the Ducati workshop to install them with the new material and they tell me that the ECU has been manipulated on the date in Carmo's possession and the immobilizer has been manipulated and disconnected, for which it is useless to put all the new material because it will not work without the original parameters of the ECU, I have asked them to send me the backup to send to restore the original ECU or restore them source parameters, but there is no response on their part and they have created a big problem for me, as a company it is a disaster and with an absolute lack of seriousness, only or Mr. Albert representative in Barcelona has shown his face but there is little he can do with such an informal and unprofessional company, be very careful with this company that can create a major problem for which they have come.

Dynamo was broken, engine no longer charged. Questions were answered well. Non-binding analysis.
Shipping, payment went well. And the end result is a working engine.

Got a control unit for my rare Intruder 1400, BJ. 87, 67 PS bought connected and immediately it jumped and ran wonderfully.
Now I have ordered and received this box from Carmo as a reserve, so many thanks to the company.

On a road trip in Ukraine, my 30 year old bike (Africa Twin) broke down with a failing CDI unit. After some intensive work of Carmo, it was possible to send a new replacement CDI to Romania in just one working day. Express delivery by UPS was not possible in Ukraine so we had to pull the broken bike to Romania. After this adventure and some UPS issues, we were able to collect the new CDI at the UPS depot at the airport.

Have my dynamo overhauled / wound here in the past. That was done very carefully and professionally.

Recently ordered keys for my bike and 1 of them (like another story below) messed up the key maker. Carmo reviewed the case and offered me a new key. What a service!

Service and customer satisfaction are paramount at Carmo electronics. Kevin helped me a lot with answering my questions about the Racing tools & the ECU flash. I also always received a prompt reply. A (minor) adjustment afterwards was also not an issue. I would definitely have another ECU flash for another engine run at Carmo electronics. In short, very satisfied with the products and service!

Sent CDI boxp reaired it took months when we got it back it still don't work.

Today we stopped for a copy of a black yamaha key (which according to the local garage was not an option without the red key). A copy was given for a fair price after 15 minutes.

Great service!
I had a transponder key for my Aprilia made at Carmo. This had to be sharpened at the key maker. However, the key maker has ruined my key and refuses to reimburse it. After this I went back to Carmo for a new key. I received a new key free of charge while the fault is not even with Carmo. Hats off !!

Top service. ECU was defective, then not completely repaired (which is an exception) and then immediately sent a new ECU as an interim solution in the time they were on holiday. During the holiday also always be allowed to contact them, and also had. In short: super!

Many alternators for the RD 350 YPVS were supplied with interchanged cables. No apologies from Carmo or even exchange or rework. That is the very last !!!!! Good money for bad goods !!!

Have my dynamo / stator repaired at Carmo. They were clear, fast and deliver quality. Got my dynamo back perfectly as it was but without a short circuit. No messing around with making a new connection or something similar that had already been done. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks!!!

I had the CDI of my Yamaha RD 350 YPVS at CARMO for repair, costs including shipping about 250 euros. Then she came back from CARMO - and didn't work. then back again (+ 50) to check. There was confirmation that it was fully in order and working. Reinstalled - again no spark. By chance my screwdriver still had an old CDI lying around - it was plugged in and the RD ran immediately!

Written to CARMO again, there they get the promise that they will take it back (shipping costs again 2x 20 , of which 1x because they were "unknown moved" according to the Dutch Post). Now she is there and recently they tell me that it was a broken plug ..... it was the same all the time !!! Of course, I voluntarily see no more of them.

By the way, at CARMO they don't stand by their own promises on their website. They advertise that they immediately state the reason for the defect so that it does not happen again - there was 2 such information for me twice. Suddenly it was supposed to be "vibrations" - very funny ...

I should have taken an IGNITECH CDI straight away, would have been cheaper and better ...

Unfortunately, I have been waiting for an answer for months about a broken diagnostic cable that has now broken 3 times. In the meantime, I have sought telephone contact 8 to 10 times, but have not yet been called back or received a reply, but paid 3 times. Replaced ignition(30 years old) for Ducati 906 Paso.
Carmo repaired a damaged unit I sent them ,all new inside, its heavier than old ignition.
When starting its better ,at high revs its definately better.

This company knows what they do in the field of engine tuning, already visited a number of times for an adjustment or update of my yamaha mt10. Always super service!

Very poor service as soon as it comes to warranty, the problems do not show anything you have to call their contact and then they get irritated too. after 3 times my display was good and 3 months later so don't believe what they tell 1 to 3 days I hope never come here worthless company

After finding my FZ1N Engine ECU damaged following an ill advised fitment of a sub standard ignition coil , Carmo Electronics with the help of their agent in the UK repaired the unit in super quick time at a fraction of the cost of a main dealer replacement. I feared the bike dead but its as good as new. recommended without reservation.
