I was actually already done with it when it was recorded in an unfriendly way in my opinion.
But because I wanted some more information I stayed on the line.
In the reviews I read more people who have an unpleasant experience with the 'customer service', which is a shame. And especially when I read that the response from Sky Service is actually 9 out of 10 times not really compassionate but rather arrogant.
