A very neat and clean environment/place to eat at! Kind and caring servers and all the employees are hardworking and doing what they are supposed to be doing. *thumbs up*

The salad bar soup canisters were empty the entire time. I reminded employees several times to please refill soup canisters, but nothing was done.

Poor services the waiter needed assistant with tables

The hot meal bar is typically limited to just a handful of items like chicken wings, tacos, mac & cheese, corn fritters and pasta (maybe I missed one) but they ate pretty good for buffet food, especially the corn fritters. The salad part of the bar has plenty of options and there's always the steak and seafood plates they offer but I can't speak on how good they are.

My family's Favorite! The kids absolutely LOVE this place and it is the only Sizzler we'll go to because this location in particular is always the best! And the server named GUY is always incredible!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Coming in from the parking area was confusing but the staff was quick and courteous.

30 years ago I visited this joint. Boy has it changed. But it is still a great value for the money. Hey, where else are you getting 2 steak and rib dinners and a whole bottle of red wine for $40 bucks!!! (Albeit Sutter Home...but booze is booze!)

The young man helping was top notch. We bugged him for several helpings of that warm cheesy toast of theirs and he obliged. Come to think of it just had been the wine and bread I would have still given this place 5 stars. You can't go wrong with the toast.

The steak and ribs we're just the cherry on top. Don't get me wrong, juicy steaks and fall off the bone BBQ ribs hit the spot but nostalgia and that toast will bring us back. That and the helpful and smiling staff (Latinos all) Love them. Corporate mucks, know this you are not selling steaks. Your business is service. And this bunch at your Fox hills mall delivered in Aces. Throw a little recognition their way, will ya!

I stop for first time at this place first of all everything was so confusing when you enter after ordering my plate I see it and waiting to someone take my order after that I receive my order quickly I ordered steak with lobster the food Was extremely cold and definitely not fresh at all.They use very cheap meat for a steak and you have a hard time to eat and so they use very cheap meat for a steak was so cold and dry.Place was very noisy and people all over the place.I asked to talk to manager (Darrell)He didn t even bother to listen and basically just ignore finally before I leave he respond was I look to it.
Really is that the way you should trading your customer?
I will definitely contact the headquarter I am report this place horrible horrible horrible.

Kinda awkward to get to as the parking is under the freeway. Its a nice feel and vibe to this place. Same specials as others, though they're more enforcing of rules when it comes to the hot buffet area thing.

My waitress was on it. I ordered the steak and all you can eat fried shrimp. As I finished the last of the few shrimp, she would bring me a new order. My drink was just about to go dry, and here she comes with a refill. The steak I ordered rare. Hats off to the chef/ cook . That was executed perfectly. So the only real gripe I have is the portion size of the steak. I just figured a place where steak is their thing, you would get a "steak ".

Better than I remember. The salad bar was very fresh and tasty. The steak slightly over cooked, the all u can eat shrimp was pretty good! Finish with ice cream and your belly is full!

This location would get more stars from me but, they burnt the chicken. You gotta know how to fry some chicken I mean really...

Ordered food to go. Took 45min. Lobster size was a joke for the price they charge. We were very disappointed with whole meal.

Always fresh and with a lot of options to choose from. Avoid peak hours.

I come to this particular location (across from the Fox Hills Mall) a couple of times a year and it never disappoints. The quality, for the most part, is exceptional. I've never been upset with the friendly service. Worth it all around!.

Great experience from the second we walked in the door. Much better quality food than I remember it Sizzler a few years ago. Five stars I will be back. I'm also going to come from my office and get one of those salads to go fast and simple looks great.

My chicken was hard and cold.but everything else ok

As always the food was fresh n good. Wasn't that busy so atmosphere relaxing. I do feel that prices r a bit hi. 1 entree, salad bar, soda n glass of wine was just over $40. Always plentiful, free parking

June 21st Father's Day....ordered Steak and Malibu chicken. Disappointed because we thought since the dining room was empty because of Covid19 the food should have been fresh and hot...WRONG...The chicken patty was over cooked the Swiss cheese and ham was sloppily placed on top of the chicken and the steak was really tuff...
I didn't allow the chef a chance
to correct the problem because I choose not to ever eat at that location again...Normally the food is outstanding but today it was awful.

I ve grew up eating here. Over the years nothing has changed the best steak hands down! Always grilled perfect medium with a hot pink center. Rolls are always fresh and the best baked potatoes. Buffet is also good and fresh. Again this is this location only I can t vouch for the others.

Easy place to go for lunch or dinner. I ordered steak & shrimp with vegetables. The shrimp came 5 each on two skewers on a bed of rice. They were seasoned to my liking, but the size of what was supposed to be a steak resembled the size of a chicken strip not a steak. The taste was good but didn't look like the pictures they advertised of a steak.

I always like the Sizzler, so of course I'll be bk to any Sizzler. My family is Sizzler people

Don't think I can remember the last time I went to a Sizzler. It had a good variety of options for all tastes.

Bad service takes a long time to get your food and the waitress does not arrive at the table and the drink is only served once

Have been here before. Came for the buffet. A little disappointed at what was available for the buffet. I've been to other Sizzler's that offered more variety and items for their buffet. You can't beat the price for it.

Love the salad for a quick lunch or brunch. This location is never too crowded. Servers are courteous, always a plus. I recommend the clam chowder, it is absolutely delicious.

Didn't even know they still existed and let me tell you I think is a great steak for money buffet wasn't to great but the steak and potatoes was excellent !!!!

Can you say false advertisement? When we approached Sizzlers we saw a huge sign outside that stated lunch special $9.99 from 11am to 2pm. Once we went inside to place our orders we noticed we had been charged 12.99. The manager told us lunch specials started at 2! We had to go outside, take a picture of their sign and show it to the manager for him to refund us the difference. How come they don't pay attention to their sign?

To be honest I haven't been there in over 2years it was a late birthday ta do. Had a well done steak with fries. Both were quite good. However I mean issue was with the sever. I'm a person with a disability and while I don't like to be treated differently I do like to be treated like a person. I waited quite awhile to be served. The waiter seemed a bit rude and preoccupied. Nevertheless my companion wasn't as pleased she thought the shrimp were a bit undercooked also the soup wasn't very good.

This place is losing locations but I think that they should open more up. This place has great ribs and different kinds of meat. But I wish there were more options on the menu.

UPDATE: My 2 stars isn't to say it's a bad place, it's just not nearly the quality of food or atmosphere I can get elsewhere. The people were very nice, as I said.
PREVIOUSLY: It's a Sizzler. The price is generally the best quality, though the people here are also really nice. Without the people it would be 1 star.

Haven't been to Sizzler in years and I was pleasantly surprised. Decent food and fast service. Good times with the fam.
