Best friend chicken and biscuits.Need one on Paris Road.

I live in California. So Everytime I come back home I get Popeyes. It's so much better here.

Very disrespectful if take out is close y all should have curbside for door dashers very disappointed yall know y all drive thru be to long

Horrible service, took 15 minutes for them to get the order to us. The gal that was bringing out the orders told us whe couldnt possibly carry more than two orders at a time yet took 5 minutes in between each run. We only ordered one meal, this should not have taken so long. There were at least 5 cars waiting at a time and a person had to walk in from each car to make sure they were still even filling the order.

Popeyes chicken is really good and so are the sides dishes!

Better than kfc staff talk a lot with each other so you have to have the time

Workers not so friendly. Always a mistake on orders.

How does a place that serves chicken always seem to be out and i have to wait? Also, why do i need to give you my receipt at the second window, dont you have a computer screen to tell you want I ordered....

Line was long thought it would take forever to get my order but to my surprise line moved quick and food was hot.

Run don't walk from this location! Flies were landing everywhere on the counters, the cooked chicken all over. Plus there was a smooshed cockroach on the floor in the ordering line. This was about noon on a weekday,and they were out of menu items. One of the items was advertised as a special on the out side billboard,but you out? Wow. The staff's attitude was horrible. The owner and the staff should all be ashamed of this location.forced to give a star.

Sour red beans and rice, sour Cajun rice and I and my family will not be visiting this establishment at this location again. My son was sick and so was my daughter. So surprised by my experience I have always enjoyed my food there.

I do like their chicken and now have been enjoying the chicken sandwich

I ordered a 3 piece and 1 out of 3 pieces was hot. Service inside wasn't good it seemed nobody liked there job and it was noticeable.

Popeyes was good! Employees were great; however, they forgot our sauce. :( Otherwise was really good!

Horrible service. Order wasn't correct. Too many people waiting on food that I was stuck in parking lot. Took 25 minutes. Not surprising because it's Chalmette.

Fast and Clean.TheyTried to make me pay for Mash 2 st when I already payed for them. Ladies Bathroom was nasty! I ordered mild chicken and got HOT!

They do not listen as you order at the drive up, once again my order was wrong when I
got home.
This has happened twice in the last month.

The young white Male was horrible. Usually Karen gives me problems. Just horrible today. Had to edit multiple mins to order and to get change and he throws the food in the bag upside down and wouldn't give me my cup. I'll drive to the city for now on!!!!

Quite possibly the worst run Popeye's franchise in the world. Would be the worst in St. Bernard but the Burger King is still open.

In a city of many Popeyes, we definitely picked a good one. The line was long, which is always a good sign despite the extra wait time. The service was fast and friendly. The food itself was delicious, but was soiled slightly by the lack of sauce. I was looking forward to trying blackened ranch, but it was forgotten. Overall pretty good though.

Don't forget to check your food, I will not be going back,45 Buck and the food was half missing, ordered a 16 peice family meal and the box had 11 , also forgot I caught it at the window, but they also did not put biscuits, I called the Management told us to come back (it was pouring rain) I have to say that she did the next day give us a 5 piece and 6 biscuits

Ordered online to pick up via drive-thru, and was very rudely told to come inside. I'm in my pajamas, so I tell this to the lady and ask if I could use the drive-thru since that's the option I chose, and she dismissed me again and with a crazy attitude yells at me to come inside, and offered no explanation. I ask her to cancel my order, and she just says "Buh-Bye". After that mess, I just went to Raising Cane's where people are actually friendly without the attitude.

It was a drive through order, but the time in line was not long and the order was as I ordered it as well as hot..

Sometimes the food is cold and old. but lately has been a little better.

Every time i go there they always forget to put part of my order in the bag .

Chicken was good, the place was packed, I ordered three pieces and they gave me a drumstick thigh and another drumstick. I paid for 3 Premium pieces in this is what I got so you'll have to watch your order when you get it. You'll have to do the math.

The service was great and punctual. The young lady with the big hair ponytail and glasses, helpful and nice. Thanks...

Absolutely AWFUL service. We were in the drive through line and the lady on the intercom gave us an attitude with every request, continually SIGHED on the mic, and CHARGED US FOR FOOD SHE DID NOT GIVE US. Not only that, but we requested NO GRAVY (it was even written in the receipt) and she still gave us gravy. Terrible service; the Chalmette Popeyes needs better management.

What can I say, I love Popeye's!! The one here in da Parish never disappoints. Friendly folks and fast service. Still mad about them cancelling their ack eyed peas!!

Love the shrimp combo from Popeyes but you can tell when the grease isn't fresh because it's not a nice golden brown.

Good I have not have it in a long time don't have one back home
