Hot , fresh and delicious! Glad they are back at the mall! But if you want a four pack and they don't have any they won't sell you anything. They just took out 5 pans fulls, but told me they couldn't sell me any of them. Horrible customer service! I went out of my way to stop there, 20 minutes one way, and probably won't be back .

Smells will draw you to this yummy place. The service was friendly and helpful. The Classic Roll is delicious and the best bang for your money ($5). It was warm, soft, moist, melt in your mouth wow! The drinks sound yummy as well. Unfortunately, already got a Mocha at Nordstrom- wasn't that good. Wish I had seen this place first.
Definitely recommended. Inside the mall, plenty of parking.

Danielle the shift lead is rude and unable to speak clearly and effectively. After waiting 15 mins in line i orderes 2 traditional cinnabons. I was rudely told we only have 1 and u can order minibons. When i looked at the mjni one they were ripped and only 1 was.fullsize the rest had been picked apart. I asked her to give me the 1.5 minibons and just.charge me for the full sized one instead of paying full price for 2 minibo s that were not the correct size. Danielle's inability to problem solve was evident as she stated well no we can't do that they are each 3.99 and I expressed I understood that but because they were ripped apart and she didn't have any others could she not make it work. She waa.clearly confused. I finally gave up trying to explain and bought the last cold lonely roll for my mother and left. It was embarrassing to say the least to see someone so confused as how to provide courtesy and a solid customer experience.

The absolute rudest women work there. I don t usually take the time for reviews but I m shocked at how they treat their customers. I love Cinnabon but I refuse to go to this location anymore.

I m really disappointed in the quality of what I purchased today. Was craving a cinnabon and I got, a large cinnabon with barely any frosting. I wish I could post a picture of this waste of money. Looks nothing how they advertised it, let alone what it s been looking like for years. Then when I asked for more, she said it was 0.59 cents. Unacceptable. Won t be back.

If I want to wait for two 6packs freshly made Cinnabon why am I being charged for individuals. I don't want the ones that have been sitting for a while, nor do I want you to reheat all 12 cinnabons. Very disappointed!!
