The worst sizzler in whole LA. Rude manager, and waiters is also not very friendly. Never go again. Food quality average.

The customer Service in this Sizzler really bad.
I had a very bad experience the waiters she waited in us she was very rude, she wasn't happy with us at all,a soon as she saw us as a family she gives us a dirty look I don't know why but my family were very nice to her.for sure I will never go back their again .
The manager of the restaurant we compliment to he just agreeing but he did not do anything about it.they are not FRINEDLY AT ALL.

I have bed experience. Is not seafood buffet. Salads is the worst not good ,test bad and charging to much for garbage food.i will never go there.

Had the best lunch. Our server is always attentive and fast. Raul is the best of the best!!

This was my first time going to sizzler in years & might I add how disappointed I was. I ordered a stake and asked for it medium when the food does come out it is cold. That was very disgusting. I asked the waiter could she send it back and have them remake it and she did but this time when it came out it was over cooked. I didn t even asked for my food to be sent back because at this point I was just ready to leave. I would recommend that the cooks get it together back there in the kitchen.

Sorry to say, never got inside. Found out after a friend (a frequent customer of this particular Sizzler) invited me, that the restuarant was closed for remodeling. The manager opened the doors at 11am, expressing to me that the restaurant was closed for remodeling, First I laugh, thinking he was joking, I arrived 5 minutes before my friend, so I text her the situation, she was surprised, she had not heard about it, told me to wait and she would be there in 3 minutes, she came and ask a few questions, they handed us each business-size cards with a small discount on a future meal. Then we decided to go to closes IHOP.

Salad bar don't taste the same & wings were fried hard

This Sizzler has always been one of the best! It's clean, well maintained, the salad bar is fresh and organized, the service is great, and the food comes fast and hot. It will get busy during dinner too.

Service was so so I had to for a water cup because I didn't know who or where my server was

For the bar of salads, soups, desserts and other food. You can try everything you want, ask for menu and repeat everything except menu

I got the baked potato and steak along with the salad bar. I've got no complaints, the state came out quite nicely exactly as I asked for it, the loaded baked potato was done quite nicely, and the salad bar was quite extensive and everything was nice and fresh. My only real complaint is that I ate too much

I'm on a diet, so I usually only eat four plates of food, plus jello and ice cream with nuts, Reeses pieces and chocolate syrup. The first plate: Leafy greens topped with cottage cheese. Peaches and beets, covered with sunflower seeds. Second plate: Usually tuna- macaroni salad and imitation crab salad. Third plate: Spaghetti and meatballs with three pieces of fried chicken wings and guacamole. Fourth plate: Riblets and sometimes shredded pork. I hope I didn't forget anything.

Really busy when I was there. I couldn't get a window seat so I ended up with a table near the salad bar. An elderly couple also got stuck with a table that was to tall for them, a bus boy noticed and helped them move to a booth that just cleared and he cleaned. I was barely seated when my server acknowledged me and said he would be right back. I work on refrigeration and have worked in restaurants for decades. This is one of the best run and cleanest palaces that i have had the pleasure of eating in in a long time. The staff is clearly proud of there house. The staff checked the salad bar, hot food bar, and the desert bar at least 10 times in the short time I was there, keeping it in very good condition. The woman who was restocking the salad bar had clearly labeled product and she checked the labels.

This location was very clean and well kept. The salad bar was also very fresh and filled at all times. My Sizzler closed in Burbank so this place was a wonderful find.

No grilled chicken at the salad bar like other locations

This is the same Sizzler that most of us have come to love. Menu hasn't change much, lots of seasonal plates. Salad bar is still there with a few new additions. Staff service is hit or miss would depend on the crowds. Other than that it's a good low cost lunch or dinner options.

Love how the waiter's treat customers like royalty, plus the food is super delicious, cooked to perfection.

Came here for the birthday freebie so I hate to low rate the chain but this place has a serious air/quality problem. Got there on a Monday a quarter before noon. First thing, all the window seats were dirty so had to ask for a table clearing. Then went to the restroom to wash up while they cleared up the table. I literally gagged and didn't go in. Now I understand the heavy perfumed dining area when I walked in. Gross. Sewage smell apparent. Service was ok. Food is good. BTW, No veg beef soup.

Not one of the best Sizzler's but consistent with the brand standard.

This is not the old Sizzler, much better quality than I remember from 15 years ago. Excellent food, great kids menu as well. Great for family dinning.

This is a great family style restaurant as well as a nice example of your classic Sizzler. We frequent this restaurant and enjoy it so much so as a family my eight year old nephew begged me to post his review of the restaurant so here it is:

Best place to go after church. Robert made us feel welcomed. The food was tasty as usual. We were able to see a close (over time) basketball game. Grandkids love the cheese toast.

The outside patio was sufficient after not eating out since March. Our waiter was the greatest and familiar. Cashier very pleasant. Glad not closing that location. Food was hot and delicious. Husband and I will return. Thanks

Pleasantly surprised. Crowded but worth the wait. Entrees made to order, so food nice and hot. Several bars here salad, dessert, taco, etc. All were maintained nicely. My biggest pet peeve are salad bars that look a mess. Salad dressing spilled all over. Carrots in the olive container etc
Not the case here. Manager was personally ensure salad bar received the required attention. I will start going back to this location.

Most of the food feels like its oven cooked not grilled especially the ribs they are frozen inside

My children and I had a delicious meal which my whole family enjoyed. Their meatballs are wonderful. The waiter was extremely friendly. Thank you Sizzler for a wonderful New Years Eve meal.

The food was good and fresh. The waiter Gee was excellent. The manager stop everyone's table to see if we was ok and if the food was satisfying.

I think that the food here is decent, a little overpriced for what you get but if you're hungry for a steak it is better than most. The states themselves are somewhat unremarkable, but they are satisfying. I didn't have the salad bar on this visit but I think that it is often a good idea to have it as it helps balance the meal. Parking for this particular location is good, has it's a heavy traffic area and parking and traffic can be a nightmare so I would recommend this if you are in the area. Just be prepared for a $40 tab for 2.

I order the bacon cheeseburger. Terrible! Meat was over cooked,and service was terrible. Never again.

Employees are nice and helpful. However, its expensive.

Salad bar was a mess and served what looked like week old romaine lettuce for your salad.

Had a great time at sizzler today, the service from Guy was great also the food too.
