I understand and it's fine waiting for the system rebooting. But 2 get rushed out of drive thru wasn't okay 2 treat a customer. Not to mention had to drive pull up again cause they forgot an order of union rings.$1 more than usual for a meal box. To top it off no cookies on any of the boxes my friend and i order.
I think this place need a new managent. The general manager is very unprofessional and very rude especially to older people. The place is always dirty. I hope the corporate will sre all this negative reviews and take into consideration to hire new GM, otherwise they will loose all the customers at this location. Im not coming back here for sure.

I was asked to pay $6.70ish for $5.49 before tax combo. It should be $6.02 with tax. I asked why the difference like 3-4 times, the cashier only repeated that's what she gets on her register. I was on drive thru and got so upset to check if I read it wrong. I was right.. it was 5.49.
Another cashier later explained it was because it was medium size which I never asked for. I said I don't want it anymore to which the cashier told me to move away so that she can serve others.
Friendly staff, food is always good at Carl's Jr. One time I went to Burger King and the Burger King employee was telling his coworker how much he liked Carl's Jr!
This location is in a busy neighborhood, lots of traffic and hustle and bustle outside. Great place to take a break and have a burger
Fast service. Food is freshly made when ordered. Got a superstar combo with a side of crisscut fries and a large cherry coke. Me and my two kids sure enjoyed the meal. Thanks CJ.
Very pleasantly surprised by the option of VEGETARIAN Hamburger, which has an excellent flavor, like real charcoal meat. I really enjoyed the whole menu, to which I added an order of vegetables (tomato, lettuce and onion) apart from the portion of Jalapeno peppers.
Yesterday I went to another carls jn in aneheim. And there is a promotion of 2 hamburgers (famous star and / or western bacon x $ 7 dollars, and in this catls jr.) They told me that there is no such promotion, that because although it is from the same chain, it has other promotions ... buy 2 burguer of $ 2.50 dollars and I was not famous star nor western bacon ..... that's wrong, I went for the promotion and they saliwron with that ....
It was a really bad experience. The food was super cold and my chicken tenders were really burned. They also forgot to give us fries that we ordered.
Food was okay, HOWEVER!.... Charging $1.00 for using my credit card is not right.

Not got a lot of money, but want a solid burger with good portion sizes? When I spent 3 months in the states this place saved me from going hungry and I was surprised by the quality. Bare in mind that it's still fast food, but sometimes you need some good fast food. Would recommend you drop in if you're passing and hungry.
Wou the burger delicious the staff surprised me that kindness. And I really recommend this place stop to congratulate the staff and be amazed. I'm really clean.

I hope the manager reads this and takes into consideration what I'm about to say!!! First of all when I arrived the establishment to order my food the cashier was giving me attitude leaving me under the impression that she was racist. 2nd of all I ordered my food and it took over half an hour to receive my order which was very outrageous considering the fact that my order was very simplistic. 3rd of all and my biggest complaint was the cook (male) was very slow he was taking a large and extensive amount of time to get my order in when the establishment was not that busy. He the cook was inclusively beside the fact that he took outrageously long he still had the audacity to be talking and laughing with his coworkers instead of making any food. I would have not received my order if i would have not complained to the cashier of why I have not yet received my order and yet they lied to my face when I had been watching them the entire time. So plz get ur workers in check and especially the cook which was annoyingly slow to the point where my anxiety was reaching its peak where I was about to drag someone.!!!
Short staff on premises, waiten in line for over 5 minutes with only one person ahead of me, food was served after about 20 minutes habe to say food was hot and delicious.
Unprofessional. My friend s car was stuck in the parking lot for 4hrs and the employees were rude. They kicked us out by saying that they were busy even though they weren t. Very unorganized.
Under staffed, somewhere out there is a stingy carl's jr franchise owner who won't shell out any of his cut to help the understaffed employees at his restaurant. The drive thru operator was operator the inside cashier as well, unbelievable that this staff sticks around. Just another reminder that while prices rise to astronomical heights everyone's wages stay the same and its more apparent everyday. When will this country wake up?
The burgers are Burger's, and Carl's is cheaper and tastes better than Back Donald's.

this location is good for pick up and drive thru.They sometimes have a problem with having hot french fries at times. Customer service is usually decent, attitude if you ask for a adjustment to your order.

Not too busy when I went. It's Carl's Jr. So a decent burger at a low price. Out of fast food burgers this is probably my favorite, but you still get what you pay for.

Horrible customer service by a lady name Cynthia, if that's even her correct name. She didn't want to sell me a Ranch salad dressing when I asked for it. She said, they only have a Balsamic Vinegar. Even though, when she opened the refrigerator and they had them in stock. I will never return back to this location.
