So far this sizzler is the best for me and my family!!!!!

I visited on 9/25/18 with my husband, and we both ordered the lemon herb chicken with the steamed veggies. The chicken had no lemon or herbs, I had to send it back so that they can present the plate the way it should come anyway. Long story short, that same night around 11:45pm -midnight, I believe I got food poisoning! I immediately had diarrhea and I was vomiting throughout the whole night. Mind you I had to work at 7am the next morning and be up by 4:45am. Then as I'm at work my husband started at 5am and that's when it hit him as well. I am furious! Why?! Because I NEVER write reviews, but today I took the time to do so only because i'd hate for someone to go through what we went through. I mean seriously, restaurants have standards to stay open, now what the hell they did in the kitchen that night, who really knows. This has to do with so many things, hand hygiene, cross contamination, food under cooked, etc...Just be aware! >:/

The server I had failed to give me a salad bowl plates failed to check on me only gave me one glass of water

It's been a while since I was last here. The service has always been good but they've definitely stepped it up. The restaurant was very clean. The salad bar is much improved. Everything I had was fresh and delicious. Our server was attentive and we never had to ask for anything. She was always a step ahead.

Went for a dinner for one of my grandsons birthday. Enjoyed the meal!

Always a fresh salad bar an Stephanie was my waitress an has been in the past an its always a pleasure to see her.

Guy is awesome you don't get great customer service at low cost chains too much We'll go out of our way to sit in his section

I saw a man dip his spoon into the guac, taste it, and then dip the spoon back in to spoon some onto his plate. Other than that, it was good.

The food tastes amazeing, but they gave very little fries and the hamburger looked sad and depressing even sadder than McDonald's

My parents used to bring me for special occasions and I would order the stake, the flavor has been consistently good throughout the years.

Food was ok. A bit expensive for what you actually get.

.As we walked in the dining patio area there was only one table available and the other tables were occupied or had not been cleaned therefore, I asked my teen boys to sit down and then as I walked inside to order.a man standing there told me I think that's our table and you need to move and he proceeded to talk to the manager. The manager told us to go and order inside and said that the table was his. The man just stood around. I told her we sat down because there was nobody sitting on the table. I suggested that they put a sign stating that the table it was taken and she said but we dont do that here.
As a manager, I believe she should have handled the situation differently for instance immediately offer to have the tables ready but instead she insisted that we move.. What do you guys think? We decided to leave and they lost a customer and we went to do business somewhere else.

Not the best food in town, but love the salad bar and softserve desert

The price of the salad bar is entirely too expensive to only have one food option. The chicken was constantly overcooked and rock hard, felt like you were going to lose a tooth chewing it.

Food is good. Chicken can be done a little bit better. Service is great.

Servers are very nice, food options are as expected for Sizzler.

The salad bar need's new chicken and no taco's need new food to go long with the high price

Ive always loved sizzler... I come for the all you can eat salad bar... simple enough right? Well tonight I was blown away by the service provided by a young man named Robert. He was so thorough and excellent when taking orders..not only mine... but two ladies in front of me who were very picky. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!! Sizzler... commend this young man. He is cheery and dedicated to your customers! Robert... thank you for an excellent encounter. - Tara

On two separate occasions I've ordered a well done 12oz steak and been served medium rare. The first time management offered me two free meals, on the second occasions the manager tried to literally fight me

American beffet great for the price range. Buffet menus start at 7 dollars upwards. We took the steak and it was tender. Also recommended for diet lunches. They also serve lobsters with $ 30 2 servings for two.

A great salad place, buffet style. An array of many different types and about 4 soup varieties. It also includes pasta, chicken wings and prepare it yourself tacos.They have menudo on Sundays which is so good, I just wish they have them everyday and I guarantee I'll be there at least 4 times a week, for sure! And let's not forget desserts and cut up different types of fruits plus soft yogurts. The price is so affordable especially for what they offer, and the place is clean and staff is friendly.

Salad bar is pretty good, but just make sure you never get the steak. Steaks have no taste and are severely over cooked.

Service was good. Food was good. Steak was overcooked.

We had the best server. He made sure we had a great evening.

Most Sizzlers are the same wherever you go. This one is clean, the service is good and the food is brought hot and fresh. Good job.

Went twice. Both times the steak came overdone and chewy.

Well I enjoyed my visit. I normally go to the Sizzlers in Carson. The food here was good but the service was awesome!
We had a Server by the name of Kevin.
He was patient, kind, and most of all honest!!! We left money on the tray that he had taken away. The money was covered up by severaI dishes and he returned it to us!
I told him and his boss that if the Carson Sizzlers had a "Kevin" it would be second to none!!!

Order was wrong and when it was corrected it took forever to be served. It was not very clean and the waitress wasn't very attentive!

They have Quinoa at the salad bar! Soooooo delicious! Best lunch I could have had today

I had a meal here and then ordered a 'to go' order and requested spinich instead of lettuce and wanted mushrooms and some crushed hardboiled egg only on it rather than all of the usual stuff they put on it. Keep in mind I ate a meal there and got one to go to take to my son. The manager told the server that he would let me have the salad I requested this 'ONE TIME'. Are you kidding me???? Spinach is on the salad bar. But can't leave the restaurant????? I can go down the street to HOMETOWN BUFFET and they do to go without a stupid stipulation like that. Hope you read this you idiot sizzler manager.
