Worst customer service ever I asked to speak with a supervisor and they all were chatting and having fun at the back and took almost 10 min. To get one of them up front. I definitely missed old times with great staff.

Fun family friendly entertainment. Thankfully i went at a good time that the lines were very short. Many rides were being worked on but my family enjoyed it so much. We have gone about t times within a week now.
Lots of fun. My grandchildren love this place. All types of rides, food, shops for buying items, and best of all.buy a season pass. It is a good thing to have. Oh, they do have restrooms.
Parking was far with only one car to bring you to the park. Went during spring break and met long lines. You'll need a premium membership to get to most of the rides. Parking for $30 seems a bit on the high side. You need some kind of package to enjoy the rides, drinks and food. A bit on the high side.
It seems just 2 years ago the lines and crowds weren t as hectic and busy. I m sure that s good for business for the park but man I do miss those days we could come in and just relax and have fun.
I ve been a season pass holder for 2 years now and six flags is usually a great destination for a fun day out. However, unless you re buying a season pass I wouldn t recommend going for only one day since the prices really rack up and if it s a busy day you might only be able to ride 3-5 rides at best.
The lines get pretty long during holidays and in summer but otherwise it s not too bad. I usually wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes on a day that s not busy and 20-60 minutes on a busy day.
Food here is pretty expensive so if you get hungry I would recommend eating someplace else. The only thing I would really recommend you try is their funnel cake which you can get for $6 before 4pm so it s not a bad deal.
Overall it s a great destination for a fun family day out. There are a lot of kid friendly rides and also lots of thrilling rides for teens and adults. If you want thrills go for the Titan or Texas giant. If you re like me and need something just a bit more tame then check out The Riddler or Catwoman. The Spain section has a lot of the more kid friendly rides so definitely check those out if that s what you want (the teacups are my personal favorite there).
I love Six Flags Fiesta Texas! You have to know how to work it though, so you don't wait in a bunch of lines and pay a bunch for food. We live an hour and 15 away so it's not too far of a drive. We have memberships, season Flash Passes and season dining passes so we pay a monthly fee, but other than that every time we go down there for a day of rollercoasters and fun it only costs us gas money. All the food, fun, everything is already taken care of and the flash passes mean we never wait in line for rollercoasters. I'm looking forward to later this month when the water park opens for the season, because that's included with our passes too! All of the employees are very friendly. The food is ok so far, nothing crazy amazing, but it's a theme park so I don't expect amazing. Burgers and fries are decent. The one in Dallas has actually really good barbecue, but I haven't yet tried the barbecue at this park.
Even though the Texas weather was unforgiving (surface of the sun hot) it was an overall great experience. Loved the observation tower, the view was amazing, and I am terrified of heights. Great place for family with adolescent to teenagers. Would not recommend going with young kids, unless you are only heading to the waterpark. Overall it was a lot of fun.
While six flags was exciting for the kids and they enjoyed it more than anything. The bathrooms where not great at all. The toilet's where against the wall and in order to use it you have to set on it sideways. Next the employees act as if they dont know what is going on. They measured my nephew wrong for one of the rides and when we went to the start he measured well in the green. Dont buy waters from there because they will take all your money for a water. I dont see how they get away with it but they do.
I've always enjoyed coming here and have since I was younger. They have some great rides and they have recently added a water zone area so you get a little wet walking through the park durning the summer to help cool off. The only complaint I have is i wish they had seats outside the rides gates so people can see if they can fit. I saw a couple people wait in line over an hour and then not be able to get on a ride because their hips where to big. Not only was that extremely embarrassing for the individuals but I would be mad to have wasted all that time standing in a line and not be able to ride.
What a terribly expensive waste of time. First, it s nearly $30 to park, and you end up parking miles from the entrance. Once in the park, everything looks dirty, dingy, and rundown. They cram so many people into a convoluted disorganized park that it s hard to move or find your way to the entrance of any rides. Lines wind around and around and just when you think you re almost there they wind around some more. There are no signs telling approximate wait times for anything, and you end up waiting 1.5 to 2 hours for one ride. Employees move with with no sense of urgency and appear to be absolutely clueless. Security in this park is a joke. Want to take yourself and a group of 10 of your friends to meet your other friends further ahead in line? Go ahead; even if somebody calls the number on the signs to report line jumping security won t do anything about it. I m highly unimpressed by Six Flags, and most likely will not be visiting any of their parks ever again. I ll be sticking with Cedar Point, the best amusement park in the US. It s cleaner, cheaper, and the employees are much friendlier and more helpful.
WAY WAY OVERPRICED. Grew up close to Disneyland and Six Flags Magic Mountain and I honestly feel the ticket prices to get here are way out of line...especially for locals.
This park is small and outdated if you compare it to other locations such as San Antonio. The rides are ok but are definitely showing their age. If you are looking for a family outing its still a good option but you will need to plan ahead if you want to make the most of your money. Go online and get the passes as this will help speed up the process.
As fun as I remember, but they're still bloodthirsty with how they can charge exorbitant amounts of money for food and drink. The lines are incredibly long for how short the rides are. We waited two hours on a Monday to ride the Texas Giant. We waited an hour to ride the shockwave and those were the only two rides we got to see. Last, the flash pass is 45 bucks now for the lowest option, even if you have a season membership. The problem is that there are more options. With pricing all the way up to 90 dollars for those passes I'll probably never go back.
Fun easy and always out of something to eat somewhere. Good either way. Just wish they would take items off the menu that aren't restocked after 6 months of asking
Never disappointed! I needed an excursion out of my 'normal life', so I picked a date and called a few friends. Two of our party showed up first and scouted out the happenings: one of the rides was closed for rain, but we had reason to expect that it would open eventually. We watched extensive safety checks, and were in the second round (train-?). And it was all good from there.
I enjoy the landscaping at the park. I appreciate the seasonal and holiday updates. I always see staff Everywhere. It's a good place to scream away troubles.
Park is not ready for operations. Although clearly well intentioned, COVID restrictions and cleanings on rides are pointless. As an example, railings throughout the park are not disinfected; this surface more than any other gets so many touches that it could be a huge spreader of whatever gets on it. Between the limitations which include spacing on the rides and cleaning the rides, wait times are insufferable. Three rides shut down while we were waiting in line, hours spent with not even a ride to show for it. We've been at the park since 10:00AM, it is now 2:30PM. We've been on a total of two rides.
Went here on Saturday for the fright fest and had the worst experience ever. Paid about $65 for my boyfriend and I to get the haunted house passes and paid $72 each also just to get into the park. That s $200 right there. The rides were down and lines were way too long to enjoy our time there. I was so excited for fright fest after hearing how it used to be and it was the complete opposite. The haunted houses weren t recommended for 16 year olds but it was so boring and not scary it seemed as if it was for kids specifically. The actors inside the haunted houses weren t doing there jobs at all. They were basically just playing around and way out of character. We paid all this money and did not get what we paid for at all. The food was way too pricey for what was offered. I was told it was a lot more fun and scary for fright fest but I didn t see any of that. Highly disappointed.
Aside from throwing up and the yelling children, I have to give this a 10/10. It's sad to say my favorite adventure park is closed. Farewell Six Flags. Until next time.
Frightfest has gotten much better. The scariness is much better. When Six Flags says it isnt recommended for kids they should also add that if your kids stay they take a chance of getting ran over by the dramatic teenagers running and screaming like they dont have any sense. Value money for a ticket is terrible. The season passes however are worth it if you can return more than once. Also a Supervisorat the haunted house at Six Flags made it clear ADA Handicap do not get an entrance near the haunted house entrances. You have to wait and go through the line. The two years prior it was allowed. Not sure why the change.
Overall a great experience, and this is my second year having a gold membership. The food is absolutely Walmart quality and disappointing, but it falls definitely on the upper end of tolerable if you have a premium dining pass.
The parking is rough if you don't get there for opening on whatever day you go, or of course pay for premium parking, but really it's not that bad even when you're at the farthest end of the parking lot, past the upper turn on the Titan. I find the walk to be the most tolerable annoyance.
One thing I want to give very special credit to them for is the open environment attraction of Fright Fest and Holiday in the Park. These do not require special tickets and they have experiences set up throughout the common areas of the park.
Johnny Rockets, at Six Flags, has the worst French fries. I asked for a fresh batch after getting cold fries. I was given a fresh batch. Thank you for that. I will not be returning to Johnny Rockets. If I am going to pay that much money for fries or any kind of food at Six Flags I should get a good product.
It was fun except for all the line jumpers. People were standing in line saving spots for others that had not been waiting. When it is just 1 it's one thing but 5 or 6 gets a bit much. I had a heated discussion about the rules but they weren't buying it. The young worker didnt help the situation either. People need to just follow the rules.
Drove 6 hours to get there and multiple rides were being shutdown after waiting in line for a long time. One ride was shutdown multiple times causing a wait in line for hours in unbearable heat with no shade. Another customer passed out from heat exhaustion in line and was escorted out on a gurney. No compensation was offered for wasted time because they cannot maintain the rides.
During the week it's not that crowded waiting lines were not bad at all.. The food was expensive but it was fun with the family, well worth the money spent!!
It's fun to spend family time but some employees look so miserable and have no customer service skills. Recomend going to six flags fiesta Texas in san antonio way funner and more friendly staff.
Me, my dad and my mom have been a member of this place since 9/1/16. Great place to go to. Lots of fun and good food. We come here about 3 to 4 times a year. Excellent place to have fun.
I was waiting in line to get into the park when I saw the head of security in a young man s face. The way he spoke to him was appalling. I have never watched someone get in a paying customers face and be so blatantly rude. His name was Lt. Oakley. 6 Flags really should be more selective on who they choose to be working at 6 flags. When you have someone who is the so-called head of security in a paying customer s face screaming at him and telling him he didn t care how far he drove to get to the park and his girlfriend s outfit was extremely revealing when it was perfectly fine is shocking to me. Her outfit was completely fine and I ve definitely seen some busted cans of biscuits in the park who were wearing way more revealing clothing and made me want to lose my lunch when I walked past. It is ridiculous that they pick and choose what is considered revealing . If her outfit was too revealing, then they need to go let all the shamus know that they should be wearing tents to the park. I will be filing a formal complaint on Lt. Oakley and his behavior. The fact that he yelled at a young man when he was defending the girl with him is just misogynistic. I was embarrassed for the poor girl, as this is an embarrassing event that she was harassed for her clothing choice and then her boyfriend was yelled at for defending her. I immediately got out of line when I saw this encounter and went home because I do not want to support a company that treats women and the men defending poor treatment of women this way. I don t know who bullied this head of security when he was younger and he now feels the need to prove he s a tough guy, but he needs to get over himself.
The entrance design is absolutely ludicrous. They have multiple exits but when It comes to getting in they have thousands of people all funneling through one entrance. Why? Is It that hard to put another entrance in?? Literally drove an hour to get here and then waited in line behind cars to get into the parking zone for over 3 hours. 3 HOURS JUST TO PARK!!! Then i went and waited another hour to get into the park. Oh yeah and then waited for about 30 min to an hour for every single ride sometimes longer. Six flags is a waste of time. Six hours of waiting and maybe MAYBE 30 minutes of actually doing anything remotely fun. What an epic disappointment.
Super packed but fun. I feel like the staff at the restaurants need to realize THEY applied for a customer service job @ six flags so when its packed keep a smile on and dont be rude!
Loved it but they kept closing random rides then they completely stopped the ride mid go just to make me take off my go pro that had like 9 straps firmly holding it secure to my hand
Love coming here as much as possible. The games are hard to complete but not impossible. I'm an extreme adrenaline seeker and there are rides for me. Although my best friend doesn't like those kind of rides she still has a great time with the rides she does get on.
I love it it is just so thrilling for those thrill seekers and there is mild thrills for not so thrill seekers and small thrills for children it is over all a great place and I would go every day if I could!
This time I was disappointed about how some passes worked. I bought a pass that should have lat me be able to eat all I want but no. First some employee's didn't know how this worked some send me to different places some said that I need a bracelet. Finally, one employee explained how it worked. Secondly, many of the rides weren't open due to technical difficulties which really dissapointed the family. (Harley, Joker, Riddler, Superman) We were in line for all of them for about 10- 20 minutes each for staff to tell us they were having technical difficulties. And these were all back to back. However they do have hand sanitizer dispensers at the exits of all rides for you to use. They are dling pretty well for social distancing and about wearing masks. Overall, it was a good trip and I will be going again.
Loved it. I hadn't been in many years. My heart was racing as we rode the most thrilling rides. Mr. Freeze was super intense. I may dare to ride the Titan on my next visit. Omg, scray!!!
The food is excessively overpriced garbage that I wouldn't feel good about feeding to a dog. I wonder why the public don't complain more about the thuggery that goes on with the prices that are charged.
i enjoy bringing my family here during the summer staff is very easy to talk to they are all around and even if they don't know something they try to help by asking for you !
I just got back from my trip to Sixflags and something's i loved about the place and others made me disappointed. The staff is very nice, the rides were fun but the walk around the park was tough bc everywhere you went you being sprayed with stagnant water! .Most of the park smells terrible and makes you wonder why they can't try harder. The lines you wait in had you surrounded by tall trees under wooded eaves with cobwebs and a dirty envioment. Rides that had water involved had dirty water the Rapids water was fun but the water was brown compared to other places where the water is cleaner bc it's maintained and chloronated. I just wasn't impressed with the rides and how they were operating. The stores to attract toursits were kept clean and perfect so why not the actual rides?!
Was amazing I felt like I was at Disneyland I loved the Superman it wasn't as scary as I thought. But I loved it. I'd recommend for the people to get a membership cuz u can't go in six Flags in one day. I'm going another time too. Check out my Instagram: fashionhouse.XD And my YT: Araa Anime
Visited for a company event on a Saturday in December. The rides were fun and the park was decorated for Christmas, which was beautiful, but all the closed down areas of the park made it feel a little run down. And the prices for food and drinks are ridiculous, but that's par for the course with places like this. Overall it was a fun experience.
