I dislike the service they provide. To be in the service industry and to not be customer service oriented, blows my mind. The staff doesn't greet people at the drink or food stands. I go to be with my friends or i would never go back.

Buyer beware !!!!!!! Bait and switch in effect.
This place has the most shrewd business practice I have ever seen. There is No Customer Service ! The only thing you will hear when you make an attempt to reach them, is No Refunds under any conditions via recorded message. If you think I m over emphasizing or just exaggerating. I challenge you just to call for your self. The only thing you will hear is No Refund basically on a loop. My situation was fairly easy to address. No effort was made. You will not speak to anyone once you have given them your money. I was even told by a park employee I will put in a request for you. That was a Lie.

One of the biggest amusement parks in Texas! Youll have a blast! Roam around The City of Gotham, then visit daffy and the gang in Looney Tunes, and everywhere else in the park! Like all big amuesment parks, your trip to Six Flags could get a little costly. Day admission is around $60+, parking is $30, and food, well expect the prices of a 5star restaurant. If you plan on visiting several times a year I'd look into the season pass or membership, get more bang for your buck, along with special coupons and deals to use all year long!

A beautiful place to spend with family. Children will love this Park. Lot of Fun is assured. Place is maintained clean and tidy. Sometimes you may have to wait as the line nay be long, but it's worth. Love it!

It's been 12 years since I've been to six flags over Texas. The rides are as fun as I remember. The place looks old though. The park could use a huge facelift. The park is dirty and littered with trash. Also, the staff is made up mostly of teenagers that look like they would rather be "gramming" than working.

Six Flags is a great amusement park for the whole family. I went there as a kid and now enjoy taking my kids. They have done a good job maintaining it and keeping the rides updates and new. Prices are no higher than any other tourist destination. The season pass is the way to go if you are visiting more than twice a year.

Honestly love six flags, I go there every year for fright fest and I always have a blast. They have 5 haunted house that are the same theme every year, but they change the inside of it. They have changed up the event so that there are scare zones, and fright fest only starts when the sun sets. They also have other cool event during that time. I honestly just wish they had more food options available, and better shaded sitting areas.

So many mixed feelings, but at the end of the day my little brother and I had a lot fun on the rides (that were open).Let me start by saying that I hate the fact that their one day admission pass and parking is so expensive that you're basically forced to buy a membership because that's what makes sense for the money. On the other hand you feel like you're getting good value out of it but it comes with it's headaches, if you are arriving for the first time after buying your membership online be prepared to wait in the "member services" line to get your real membership card and refillable cup. There's a process to get all the perks so be ready to read all the fine print to get the most out of it. The water in of the rides was disgusting, but I was like "whatever" it did look kind of ghetto though. The type of people you see here can be questionable. If you have been to Disney or Universal, remember this is not like them. They have some really cool thrill rides that you can't find at Universal or Disney so there's that, just forget the "magic" aspect of it.

This place needs serious lessons on customer service from Disney World. Getting our flash passes and the guy tells us La Vibora ride is temporary closed so we can t have a pass. Get to the ride and it s packed.... with people going in through flash pass.

This location has improved drastically. They are also very proactive with their response to COVID-19. They do a very good job of enforcing their new safety policies, without coming across in a rude or aggressive manner towards guests. I will definitely be returning with my family.

Rides are fine. The thing you have to be wary about is the level of customer service is pathetic. The parking lot is a mess. Wait in line for parking. Wait in line for security. Wait in line for bag check. Wait in line to get in. If you think you will be fine picking up tickets at the park, good luck.

Most popular rides don't work. The app is pointless because it doesn't stay up-to-date. Most employees have no idea what's going on in their park. Communication to each other and guests would be nice. Oh and don't forget your pass at home because they will charge you $10 for a reprint, even just for the day.

Always fun. They are doing a great job with new COVID-19 restrictions. Reseevations are required and Masks are required everywhere, no exceptions. 8ft stickers everywhere. Temperatures taken in the beginning. Rides wiped down constantly and hand sanitizer stations everywhere.
We had a great time and will be back again soon.

It is a good place to have fun and be relaxed. All te people that works there is very friendly and they are willing to help you with wathever you need.
The food in there is good and the portions served in almost all places are enough.

Worst experience ever! Spent a ton of money to ride 4 rides all day. Wait in line, then get to the front and EVERY RIDE HAS TECHNICAL ISSUES! We will not ever go back. It gets worse and worse and higher and higher priced! I want my money back! It's not worth your time or sweat!

Been coming to Six Flags pretty much all my life. They do a pretty good job of keeping it fresh. The Shockwave is the first Rollercoaster I ever rode as a child. You can also check out YouTube videos of all the rides.

Holiday in the park transforms Six Flags into a festive attraction. There are lights every where. There is a gigantic tree made out of smaller trees that has lights coordinated to music. In front there is a stage where young performers showcase their talents. On this trip I didn't see one character and that was the only disappointment. Food is okay. Parking is plentiful.

Well what can I say... It's six flags! The night we visited is when the tornadoes hit... Everything shut down 3 hrs prior to close and folks were running everywhere! We had just gotten there an hr before the storm came so my family and I felt robbed of our experience! Thank goodness we have memberships otherwise this post would be a whole lot more explicit!

I've been to many parks. I love six flags.
However, of all the parks I've been to. Six Flags Over Texas is the bottom of the barrel.

As a diamond member....parking was great.

Staff was.....ok....

Food was.....ok...

The lay out of this park is ridiculous.
The lack of signs as for as where to go was horrible. Even once in line for a ride there was no clear cut way to legislate the difference between fast pass and regular rider... the signage is so faded.

Needs a major paint job.
Lots of rides shut down.

Definitely not Six Flags San Antonio....

First day of Holiday in the Park and nothing open. No Titan, no snowhill, no Runaway Mountain, no Bobsled, etc. This place hasn't used a fresh of coat of paint on anything in a decade and trash everywhere. When you walk into Disneyland you feel joy and glee. When you walk into Six Flags you feel frustration.

The weather was nice the day we visited, and that was the best part of the day. Overwhelming crowds, high prices, extremely long wait times for attractions. It literally took an hour+ to get from the exit off I-30 to the parking lot. That should have been our first hint to abandon the visit. The parking fees were highway robbery. And those fees only bought us a parking space that was more than a mile from the front gate. Once in the park we spent more time waiting in lines and fighting the crowds than doing any other activities. The concessions were outrageously expensive. There was no value to be found anywhere during the experience. I'm not sure I will ever return with my family to this place. My great childhood memories of this place will always be just that - distant memories. I have little hope that this park will be anything more than an expensive tourist trap going forward. It even took us half an hour to get out of the parking lot on the way out. It seems like we paid them a small fortune just to be irritated and have our patience tested.

My family and I went on Memorial Day weekend and had a good time riding rides. I am however concerned with the safety measures at this park. My husband had his pocket knife in his pocket (he didn't realize he had it) and got through security twice (we left the park to go eat) and a security guard happen to notice it when we were in the park and took it from him. Now luckily my husband is a responsible individual and is actually a security guard himself, but I'm concerned that if my husband was able to do that, then who else could bring something in that didn't have good intentions?

Six Flags over Texas is full of fun and exciting rides, concessions, boardwalk games, and shopping. My favorite--the roller coasters! It's crowded in the summer and there are long lines. The log ride is a relief when the heat gets too much! Some sections are kid friendly but I don't know much about those!

It's a fun park. I wish that the ticket sales were a little more straightforward. We bought a season pass called the "Gold Card" or something like that, and thought we were getting certain benefits, but when we went to the park we were told that was something like the "Gold PASS." Wasn't very happy about that... I mean... maybe don't have two packages called GOLD something?

I also think the drink and some of the food prices are highway robbery, but who doesn't?

Definitely do not do any thing that has to do with member services or getting ur money back cause there quick to take it but takes up to a month for a refund!!! If they even agree to it at that!

If you like Walmart and professional cup stacking tournaments you will LOVE this place! They provide some of the best service on the planet. When our 4 year old labradoodle Flash ate some legos they took the best care of him. Right when we walked in the gate they were so nice. Our vet tech Kyle was a true gent, he brought all of us funnel cakes while we waited in the lobby. All of the Doctors here do such great work we wish we had more reasons to come here more often. The last time we went was for some teeth whitening treatments. I highly recommend them. If you ever visit, get Dr. Joe Kerr. He's an angel!

I absolutely love Six Flags, the app for Six Flags is extremely easy to use and comes in very handy when you re trying to find your way to different rides, every year I get the season pass with the dining and it is well worth the money

My boyfriend and I went to Six Flags in Arlington! We decided to purchase our ticket at the park! We pay 40 dollars to park! Then when we ge to the ticket booth to purchase we see a bunch of 18 year old employees horse playing around and other employees doing nothing! Once we finally get to the desk we are told that our ticket is 83 dollars a piece! We felt ripped off because online it says 59.99 per person! They said they don t go by the online price if you buy your tickets with them in person! Keep in mind because the 18 year olds were playing around behind the counter we were waiting an hour due to a gentleman in front of us got separated from his family and they would not help him! That is the worst service I have ever seen! We did not purchase the tickets but left the park upset and lost 40 bucks due to parking! It is not worth going just to pay an arm and a leg to get in let alone the park being run by people who don t want to be there! Six flags has really gone down hill! I do not recommend anybody even with kids to go there!

Many rides don't work and no concession stand had ice cream I had to resort to a cold churro. When I went to the dip in dots then didn't accept my season pass. The dining pass isn't exactly as advertised. I had a bad experience compared to other years. The kiosk at great American don't work either. Some of the employees just don't pay attention on serving or helping the customer.

An amazing place to take your family or friends or, hey, even yourself! Several different places to grab a quick bite to eat within the park. Restrooms scattered about. Thrilling rides (even though the wait is sometimes not worth it). Definitely one of my favorite places to spend the day.

It is fun place to be. It has rides for almost all ages. I used to think six flags means scary rides only, but I was wrong. They have rides for all ages including children.

Another great feature is it has a good mobile app. It helps you plan accordingly. Please download, it is really helpful.

They come up with different programs based on the seasons, e.g. Christmas lighting during December, Halloween during October etc.

You may get annual pass and some you can bundle with water park. The deal is not bad.

However, please check the website before visiting the park. Sometime they are close or only for private parties.

Also, if you go late it is hard to get parking close by.

Six Flags is a bunch of fun. I had never visited a park until I moved to Texas, and Zim glad I've gone. There are plenty of rides and attractions to choose from, so practically anyone could find something they will enjoy. If you are selective and find a good price, you can get a season pass for the same price pretty much as a regular ticket. It's well worth the cost, even if you just go two or three times in a year. It's fun for a small or large group as well.

For those who live in DFW and buy a season pass Six Flags it is a blast with lots of different and great rides the price for one days admission is pretty steep but that being said if you have the money and live close enough invest in a season pass and come back often and it's well worth all the fun they offer

Park opens at 10:30 but big coasters don t open until 11:30?! That fun fact isn t advertised or posted & park personnel is 50/50 on letting you know you re going to wait a few minutes or until 11:30. Lots of rides closed or running with minimum staff & equipment = extra long lines. Less than 1/3 of the restaurants were open. Would have been a much longer negative review if I had paid full admission.

Six Flags Over Texas is a them park that's fun for the whole family. They have major coasters like Batman, New Texas Giant, Mr Freeze, Runaway Mountain, and Titan. Of course they have a few coasters for the little thrill seekers like Runaway Mine Train, Judge Roy Scream, and Shockwave which features back to back loops.

I wish the rides didn't have such long lines. Maybe they need to raise their prices or do something like Disney. My sister came in from out of town she enjoyed the roller coasters. I guess next year I need to buy the fast pass.

First time in decades that we have gone to any Six Flags park. We joined this year as we have grandkids now in Texas that we can take. The park and restrooms were clean so that was an improvement over the last time we went to Six Flags Astro-World. We are going to a Six Flags water park outside Houston soon.

I've been going to Six flags all my life and love taking my kids as often as possible. The rides are incredible and the theme and atmosphere are so much fun. Six Flags is always adding new attractions. Keeps you coming back!

This was my children's birthday gift season passes to six flags they have never been they said it was better than when we went to Walt Disney Land and was the best day of their lives worth every penny and they're hooked on the Titan.

I have never left a review before but my experience was so bad I felt I should warn others. The park itself is fun and has good variety of rides. But some of the workers have absolutely no idea what they are doing and are quite certainly some of the rudest people I have met. On the La Vibora you are supposed to ride 2 people in one seat if there is a little kid (like 12 and younger) but me a 6 250 pound football player simply can t fit with another full grown adult male and it wasn t just me they were saying you had to ride 2 people to a seat to. There was other people but I had seen earlier that there was like 10 year old kids riding by themselves.

I'm being generous with a 3 star. I have been going since I was a child. And I just went with some friends. And took my son for his first time. After not having been there in over 15 years. I was shocked at how run down it looked. The signs in the parking lot were all sun bleached and the aisle numbers are too low. We had trouble finding our car at the end of the day. Still long lines. One ride took 1 and half hours wait. U cannot take any bags or belongings on rides so u must leave them with someone or on the platform where they could get stolen. They do not watch the bags. The park needs A LOT of maintenance and work. Everything old and faded. A lot of rides shut down. But no signs or indication on maps. U waste time walking to a closed ride. I asked an employee before walking to one. They hired teenagers to perform live. They couldn't sing. Employees seem miserable. I was very disappointed. 4 chicken strips and fries will cost u over $15. That's crazy.

Its a fun place to be with your family but they have VERY POOR customer service. The employees are horrible. I had got my platinum membership and they just gave it to me without scanning my fingerprint and I asked if she wasn't going to scan and she said "No, they'll scan it for you the next time you come" So I go on to Hurricane Harbor and I ask the same thing and they give me the same answer and when I wanted to get something to eat because I have my dinning pass they tell me I can't because its not activated, I needed to scan my fingerprint to activate my cards and I can't activate it until my next visit. Now im having to not eat all because the employees don't know their jobs. There's a reason I pay for my passes!!!!

Today on President's Day the park was great and the weather was perfect. The lines were not long and me and my family were able to ride some of the roller coasters and rides more than twice. We were very pleased with the experience today.

Map was hard to read. Had to ask someone to find one. Not enough cooking stations. When we were leaving, saw the team with no one but workers on. They did not even look out way. I had a sick 6 year old from the heat. It would have been nice for the team to help us out. We asked a worker in park where was bumper cars and he said they didn't have them anymore.
