I cancelled my membership back in July 27, 2020 online. I received an email saying that August 29, 2020 would be my last payment to fulfill my contract. Low and behold, I check my bank statement today (September 20, 2020) & a charge from Six Flags is on my bank account. My account online is cancelled, however, Six Flags is still fraudulently charging my bank account. I m trying to post pictures of both my cancellation email and a bank statement on here as proof.

If you have an membership and have cancelled it, I urge you to look at your bank statements. You may be being charged for a cancelled membership also. Poor service Six Flags! Very disappointed in you as a company.

Lots of fun for all ages. Lines are LONG on weekend and through the very HOT summer but it's worth it. Only thing I wish they'd do is train the staff to fill in all seats on rides to help the lines go faster. If you're going to go more than once, just get a membership.

These guys really need to get their stuff together, bought these expensive tickets for my son and I on his summer vacations and half the rides were closed ? These tickets don't come cheap by any means, so please beware when you go there and make sure all their rides are in operating conditions, this was a waste of time and money for me .! I have provided 3 pics to show my point on 4 rides you can clearly see that were closed that day .!

It was great, we came as a family. We bought seasonal passes during Christmas special and glad we did. We got dining passes as well, which saves us lots of money, considering that we are family of six. It's a great way to spend your weekend!

I believe the best part of Six Flags is the friendly employees. As we sat on the train and listened to Richards "jokes", there were countless employees waving as we rode past, even a group that seemed to be leaving for the day, waiting for us to go by to cross the tracks. May seem small, but to us it was a big deal. Keep up the great work!

Many rides are "down for maintenance." With this many rides down, I'm scared to go on the rides that are running. If the park engineers can't get rides working, how are they maintaining the rides that are working? It goes for the park custodians as well. Take care of the freakin bathrooms! They're disgusting! This park looks like they're going to close down soon.

I always enjoy visiting six flags. It s easy to get in and out of on either weekday evenings or weekend mornings. The park is always clean and there s usually only one ride down in the park.

Six flags is always my go to place to hang with friends. The prices are pretty high but I say its worth it, especially if you love roller coasters. The multiple food places are amazing though I wish they didn't over price things. The staff everywhere are for the most part very polite. All in all the experience is amazing

Expensive! The experience was good other then when they cancel a show they apparently dont tell you and you just sit there waiting to a show that's not happening. Which I may not care about as much of they where not so over priced. I didnt spend near as much money in the park because i nee it cost so much at the gate. I would have thought a single day would cost around $50 $60 not $85 to $90. That's famn near 100 dollars.

We drove about 5 hours to come here today with the student group. At least half of the rides are closed! There's only about 10 restaurants opened! And this place is packed gull of students from all over! I feel that these children got jipped!

We LOVE IT!!!

We LOVE IT!!!
This has been the best summer for a season pass. Because of reservations and social distancing there is little to no wait for rides! The masks dont bother us much because our kids enjoy this place so much!!
Thank you Six Flags for an awesome summer!!

We buried on July 4th so we knew to expect a crowded Park, but it was evident that the staff was NOT prepared. The food lives were long, and several stations ran out of soda. The ride lives were about as expected. The overall Park was dirty and needed some repairs. The nice thing was there was a live DJ/foam party to celebrate the 4thn and my family had a great time just dancing and playing.

They need to fix there online membership portal so a person who has social anxiety won't have to go to the park to fix it or have an actual person to talk to when they are having an issue with the site

Always a amazing place to go and have fun tho its so hot in texas they really need water fountains place around the park for over heated kids and adults and more shaded areas for lounging

We had a blast. Secret, get there right when they open. We grabbed Batman, joker, Harley Quinn and Mr Freeze in less than an hour by going there first thing. Kids also had a blast. Another money saver tip, keep your lunch in a cooler in your car. We walked out, ate in the a/c of the car and went back in no problem. Saved us buckets of bucks.

The rides are so fun.... if you have 2 hours to wait in each line. You can buy a speed pass, but It s crazy overpriced. Once you pay for the speed pass and the ticket, expect to be out $100. Then just hope you don t get hungry or thirsty. Better take at least $60 cash in with you. It s only fun if you go on a school day when most people aren t gonna be there.

Great park but I wish the lines were shorter. Anytime and all the time extra $ for stuff. Want to skip the line spend more money. Want to get closer parking spend more money. You got it will do lol.

Pretty fun place. Just remember it's about a 30 minute wait for everything including food unless you're there early. Also a bottle of soda costs $4.50 from a vending machine. Kinda a trap of sorts. If you have a game plan before you come you can get your tickets worth.

Lots of stuff to do and to keep you entertained. The rides are thrilling and the lines to wait in are usually shaded which is nice. Wish there were more vents or fans to keep visitors cool during the summer as the temp can get well over 100 degrees in the Texas heat.

Purchased season passes on Thursday March 7th... Visited the park on March 9th... stopped by member services and was talked into buying memberships (bought 2 diamond elite memberships with meal passes and 4 diamond memberships for my kids) with the promise that my season pass membership fees would be returned in 5-7 business days. I waited 11 business days with the intention of trying to be patient and understanding that things take time and having faith that what I was told would eventually happen. I called six flags member services and was told that it was not a refund that I was promised, but in park credit for each pass. I feel that dishonest sales practices were used to trick me out of my money. Now I m screwed out of $515.00 for season passes and I m in a contract for 1 year for 6 memberships.

Terrible. We wasted half of our day fighting with food service staff. I have a family of 6, so we purchased the meal plan that includes drink cups for everyone, lunch, a snack, and dinner. Everytime we attempted to use the meal plan it turned into a hassle. None of the food service employees are trained to deal with this. Half of the employees that we informed about the meal plan had no idea what it was. I am definitely not wasting my money on that again. I will just tailgate in the parking lot next time.

Still fun, but limited due to COVID. Multiple rides were closed. No shows were open. The rides we did get to were amazing and thrill seeking! The food was amazing. Great with COVID precautions. Just expect that your experience maybe different than previous experiences due to COVID limitations. The summer heat also was draining. Wish there were more water rides to cool down! Would like to come back maybe for fall or winter.

I love coming here, but the weekends are so crowded! You'll wait over an hour for a popular ride. And I'm getting very frustrated with some of my favorite rides being closed on practically every visit. C'mon, Six Flags... get the Joker going! And get the Harley Quinn up and going!

We had a blast, however, I have two complaints...There should be more restrooms throughout the park and the prices for everything inside the park are REDICULOUS! Just one example is a single smore for $5! Yes, a marshmallow, cracker and chocolate = smore = $5. Come on now!

There is rampant abuse going on in this park that is overlooked because a bunch of teens work here. Racial, verbal and power abuses are extremely common. Young girls get promoted through sexual favors. Minorities must deal with racial slurs by young and unqualified supervisors. Accidents are frequently covered up. This place needs to be investigated by the FBI. Just know that when you spend your money here, you are enabling all of it.

Season pass holder. Workers are generally nice and seem like they enjoy being there. Rides are great and good mix of ride for adults and family. Restrooms need upgrades and better hour to hour maintenance. The same hand dryer is broken after several months in the same restroom it has either stayed broken or continually breaks and I happen to catch it each time. Toilet paper and soap will run out. Faucets are the worst for various reasons water too hot, auto water sensor doesn t detect hands or just broken, water flow is weak so you can t effectively wash hands, the faucet isn t set close enough to the sink so you can t wash hands without hitting the back of the sink. Restaurants are dirty. The silver ware dispensers look like they haven t been cleaned in a year. The BBQ place s condiments bar is messy and sticky.

Extraordinarily terrible. I don't think there would be any way to overexaggerate just how little I enjoyed the visit. With clear blue skies over the park, all rides closed due to inclement weather. Not a single attraction remained open. Not a coaster, not a water attraction, not even a kiddie-ride. In addition, everything was incredibly overpriced. The cheapest six flags cups were on sale for 16.99, and soda vending machines that normally sell single bottles for 1.50 to 2.50 were instead vending soda and water bottles for 4.50. I wish I was kidding. In the middle of a 20 minute long line, in boiling heat, the only source of beverage is 4 dollars and 50 cents. Highway robbery. Overall, a truly awful experience.

I'm a season pass holder from Chicago. We have visited this Six Flags location several times. The parking lot is very odd with very few spaces near the main entrance. We had a handicap tag but all the spots were full. Eventually, we parked what seemed to be a mile away from the entrance. We were lucky to catch a Tram on the way in but weren't so lucky on the way out. A full 15 minute walk back to the car after walking the park all day was tough.
On the inside, the park layout is very poorly done. It is confusing and difficult to get to many rides due to the weird configuration of this park. The food is very good and the food lines were reasonable. No complaints. Visit the newer restrooms if possible, they are much nicer and cleaner than the older ones. Ride selection for thrill seekers is below average when compared to other major metro area Six Flags parks. This park is more young-kid friendly (Under 10) with all but a couple of rides with 48 inch or lower height requirements.
One other problem with this park is that due to it's urban location, the park is ALWAYS jam packed. We visited when it was 40 degrees outside thinking it might result in a better experience, but even mid-winter we had to wait 30 min in line just to get inside! It seems Dallas has grown around this park as it was built in 1961 and everyone in the Dallas metro area can get here in 30 min or less.

The food does not match the price. It was cold and i got a "little kids portion" of food worth 20 dollars that my mom gave me. You guys can do better, dont expect me to buy food from here anymore.

Nothing but thrill rides and old reminders of great rides. I know it can't be Disney but there could be something done for little kids that doesn't exclude parents. I rode 2 rides and watched the kids ride 6 more... I miss Golld River Adventure and Pink Things....

It was great but they charge too much for a disability scooter for my finance way too much 80.00 dollars and get back 25.00 really dang he can't walk all the way through six flags go down on the price i give them 5 stars

The place is very fun but you have two attractions that are dangerous to your health. They are those of water since the water stinks and is green. My family and I went and at the attraction we got wet and we are all with a sore throat and a bad smell. You need to put chlorox in that water for people's health.

I m really unimpressed with the cleanliness of the park and the lack of security in the parking lot to help relieve traffic issues leaving the park. I guess I m to use to going to Disney and there cleanliness and great service levels. I guess you get what you pay for.

Holiday in the Park at Six Flags was so much fun! Even though the place was packed, it was really a fun and festive adventure for us. It is a tradition for our family. We love the s'mores, sled rides, and Christmas lights!

It's way too crowded, even on a simple weekend. Waiting 3-5 rounds just for the Gun Slinger (swings) and nearly two hours for Pandemonium (small coaster) is simply unacceptable. Parking is super full because all the first string of lots have been reserved for preferred pricing. The tram helps but they are few and far between. It just isn't fun anymore, and it shows on ALL the people's faces. Hardly anyone looks happy - just tired and frustrated. After spending all that money, only one lane will be open for a ride, or just one shoot, and (!) My golf ball is bigger than the $6 "scoop" (if you can call it that) of basic Bluebell on a tiny cake cone.... not so much as a topping or chocolaty cone dip or special flavor or Looney Tune character stamp on the back of my hand.... just nothing. Sigh. I long for the old days.

The lines just to get a ticket is long and each person took on average 5 to 10 minutes. They all had issues with tickets or questions. When we finally got up to the counter the girl working there was rude. Other than that the rides were fun and safe!

Maybe my idea of Six Flags Over Texas was elevated in my mind from going there as a child, but I was extremely disappointed when I went there last year. The rides were rough and outdated, the service was not as fun as I had remembered either.

Was there for senior night. Had a blast. Rides are all fun. Staff are attentive. 4 purely because some places clearly had people smoking weed. Besides that, no complaints. Clean park, nice staff.

Had a good time here. It's always good to get here early. So you don't have to wait to long on lines. Six flags is always having promotions so if you are trying to visit so flags it's always good to look for their specials they have for the day or for the month. Becoming a member of six flags was a good decision since we do try to come as much as we can

Biggest rip-off in Texas! Additional and substantial charges for parking. Food and drink are way overpriced as well (5 dollars for a bottle of water) but the real kicker is that you are prohibited from bringing your own food and beverage (including water!) into the park. Additionally, the few public drinking fountains provide water that tastes foul and tainted, perhaps there is an issue with their pipes. Rides are constantly and consistently breaking down and staff refuses to give estimated wait times. 2 of the 4 coasters I attempted to go on today closed while I was in line due to technical difficulties, which to me raises serious questions of safety standards. There is a general disrespect for their clientele held by the majority of all staffers I ve had any interaction with. Lines are unbearable, even on weekdays and line hopping is frequent and rarely punished. In conclusion, this facility is designed to do nothing more than gouge you at every turn and treat you like garbage.

There were 10 of us and it was a really fun time. The only ride that was a challenge was the train. The Titan is awesome, as is Mr. Freeze and Batman. We didn't get to The Riddler or Catwoman, and Joker, so I will be back for those!

It's good if all your going for is rides. It really does not offer much of anything else in the form of entertainment. You end up spending your whole time just standing in line.. if it is to get on a ride or get some sort of refreshment. And the general over all of how well the park is taken care off made me not want to get on the rides. If they cant keep the trash off the ground and spray down the side walks to get rid of the sticky mess why would I think they are taking proper care of the rides. It was middle of June and only about half of the refreshment stands where even open. In my opinion the park needs to add something for people who are not there for the thrill rides. My teenagers love the thrill rides I don't need them to have a good time. But would like some other way to be entertained.
