This was a nice place to work , but the temp employer did not defend the employee at the job, but to call the employee in the evening time not to c one back but then tell the employee to call the next day to tell you that there was nothing at that time but if you go on Craigslist and find the job you call ask about the job and they tell you it is full then why do they still have the job posted. This rating is for the location in Ft. Worth, but I can't find its Google page to review there. The staff talks good about long term/temp to hire, but when you get an assignment it may be different. Be sure to ask the client, not RPC about how long the contract is and how the hiring process works. Had I not asked the client these questions during orientation, I would've been used for 2 months, then unexpectdely let go, because they had no plans of keeping temps. After I informed the office of this, they called a few days later and asked me to take another drug test and sign more forms in order to be informed of possible openings. I told them I didn't have gas or time to waste and if he could communicate with me via phone about openings, and if I'm interested I would come to office. He told me he would have Jaclyn call me the next day with more info. Jaclyn never called. I'm ok with that, because I dont want to work for a company that doesn't know client info, and doesn't care. Everything happens for a reason, and I'm thankful I found direct hire employment elsewhere.

Wow! I m surprised to see RPC has such great reviews. My recruiter was Carol. M. The communication was very was stagnant. We spoke briefly on the phone and certain expectations were set although Carol never followed through on her end. She stated she would follow-up via email with additional information pertaining to the job. This information was never received. Afterwards, I decided to reach out to inquire how things were going and whether or not the employer decided to move on with someone else. I still have yet to receive a response. No response is unacceptable and very unprofessional as I ve upheld my end to the fullest extent. She also made an unwarranted derogatory remark regarding people receiving unemployment benefits and how, now, they are requiring higher pay more so than usual. The pay I desire to make is well within range for the position I applied and I also have more than 10 years of banking and insurance experience combined with multiple fortune 500 companies . She implied that my pay expectations were solely based on unemployment pay when essentially unemployment pay is NOTHING compared to what I m used to making. The comment was not only insensitive it was ignorant as well. I m not sure whether her personal views and work ethic reflects RPC s or not, however, she should be very cognizant of such while interacting with potential candidates as she is a representative of the company. There s a saying here in Texas, The speed of the troop is the speed of the sergeant , meaning the front end and client facing employees are a direct reflection of a company, internally, and it s companies values.

Omg this company is awesome. Leah Davis was truly amazing and has found the perfect company for me to work for. She was so positive, motivating, and so confident in my skills. This company will stiff you on pay and withhold hours you worked. They are horrible at responding to emails and calls..save yourself the trouble...currently contacting the dept of labor.

The receptionist was as very nice and helpful, the workers were very helpful. They put me in a position that starts off with 13.50 which was a big help bc I had been unemployed for a month gave me a drug test set up all the paperwork and I began work in two days.i love the job.

This place has represented me well in finding a full-time career going from Temp-to-Perm. Hunter Johnson was of great assistance and I appreciate their honesty and work and was glad to be teamed up with RPC.

She helped me get put on the Expedia Project again, and although due to Covid19 and some issues at home I had to leave the project, she was able to have a new opportunity lined up for me immediately. She kept in contact with me every step of the hiring process and made constant contact via text message (100% worked for me as I don't always have cell service in my home.), but was always available if I had any quuestions.

They are so quick and helpful. I got an amazing job within a week of sending in my resume. Carolina S. stayed in constant communication with me through each step, I've never seen such great customer service. This company is awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone in their job search.

RPC is fine but they have a lot of employers, like most temp agencies, who use their services to find help who don't know how to treat people. I worked for a warehouse through them that was very abusive. Management was nasty. The employees had to run through this huge warehouse and most were sweating. If you used the restroom and took too long managers would stand outside the restroom waiting for you to exit. And these were white managers timing black associates on how long they took to use the restroom. God I swear Dallas is still in the 50's.

My recruiter was Shelbey G, she was very helpful and responded to my questions fast. We got everything done in less then 24 hours. She also made sure she got my resume back to her account manager quickly.

Sadly, I couldn't get the job position I wanted, but the company is "Wow"! The environment is warming and comfortable. The staffers are GENUINE people. Ms Holly and Ms Cheyenne have lovely personalities! They are definitely great assets to the company! I thank them for their time, and I also thank the company for giving the people a fair chance for employment. The world is a cruel and grueling place, and they need that sense of aspiration. I hope for the best in their success and in the future of the RPC company.

RPC in Dallas is the absolute worst staffing agency not professional and Monica will deceive you, not professional at all she will have you to come in waste your time and give you the job she wants you to have.

Not a good experience. They got me hired on to a job where a week and half later they let me go. The company GHT reason for letting me go because the oilfield slowed down. Which is a lie the oilfield is booming right now. I was so confused and mad as to why would they waiste their time to get me on with this company, knowing they were going to cut people lose. And thing was the lady Cindy Jones and Michelle made it seem like if I showed up and did my job like I did after 90 days I would get hired on. But that wasn t the case. And after I was let go I sent the lady Michelle a message and never heard anything back. Until I emailed them. I was warned not to use any hiring agency for a job and now I know why. It s better to get directly hired on by the company yourself. So you don t have to worry about being let go at any random time.

WORST AGENCY EVER MUST READ!!! , they will mess up on pay and when clear evidence is shown that they have messed up they will try and find a way to justify there mess up. Be sure to push for the highest pay possible because they will cut you short . If you ask for one pay and they low ball you say no I will wait , the way it works is if you don't get paid they don't get paid, so make them search for what you are wanting. Cindy was very childish she could not explain her mess up and justify it, so she hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation and she was a supposed GENERAL MANAGER. WORST STAFFING AGENCY EVER!!! (They will get you fired before the actual company decides to not continue with you and say the company wanted to not continue with you)

Horrible company to work for. I had problems at the job they (Jason and Kris) sent me to and After the assignment ended. RPC not only lowered my previous weeks check to $7.25 ($5 less than I make and they changed my pay two days before I got paid) because they said they have the right to lower their employees pay at any time if they feel their employee abandoned the job which I did not. Supposedly this is in the documents we sign. They sent me my last check for $0.01 which was a slap in the face but I won my case against them so people please beware of this company they will cheat you in the end if you are not safe !!!! Will not recommend this temp company to anyone.

I worked for RPC for a year and half. I always keep in contact with them always. The company that they had me at laid off the department back in January. My last day there I emailed the account manager Cindy Jones asking about me approving my time and how long will it take for them to find me another assignment that was on a Tuesday. I NEVER got a reply. I waited 2 days then I called and spoke to the recruiter Diana Cordova she told me to hurry up and send her my resume and we talking about me having good communication with them and I asked about being hired directly with them as a recruiter and she said that she will keep me posted. That was on a Friday. I emailed her my resume the next business day which was Monday morning. I applied for unemployment the same day just in case they didn't find me anything. She emails me back Tuesday telling me thank you. They never called me about an assignment nor did they tell me to come in. I applied for them back in the early 2015. I started the only assignment with them on 8/31/16. My employee package was signed 9/4/2015. To make a long story short they said I quite WHICH I DID NOT!!!!! Thus my unemployment was denied. In the packet it says I have to update my resume and come in to the office. If they would have said something like that to me when I emailing and having phone conversations with them I would have did it. I now have a great job with way better pay. They are a HORRIBLE company to work for. They are snakes
