Best experience ever. They even have new rides coming out this year so stay tuned! The only thing I wouldn't do is buy food or drinks here because it's over-the-top expensive(bring your own food), but that's all Six Flags. However, the rides? 10/10 for me!!

Purchased membership so I could take my son with the free pass. Membership had no free passes for my son so we had to pay $60.00 for a 6yr old 2 get in. Went online to get the 39.99 ticket for him by the time they added all the fees...It was STILL $60.00! The rollercoaster we're only running 1 car with every other seat empty making a short line 2 hours long. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

A few rides were inoperative. I don't like the new rule of everyone having to use a locker. You used to have the option of leaving items to the side (at your own risk) before getting on a ride. Another way to make a buck. They are pretty strict on camera usage and don't want you taking pictures so that you can purchase there's. The employees top the entire rating. A lot of them whom I encountered seemed young and need more training on customer service.

It is a great amusement park that is made up of roller coasters primarily. My kids it. It is was my son s 11th B-Day trip. The price is fair but I was disappointed that my kids who are scared of the rollercoasters could not get on the kiddie rides. They really are that big. We didn t have much of a selection to enjoy the park.

I don't typically make reviews but I feel like I had to for this. My boyfriend and I typically go to amusement parks on our anniversary, and we aren't local to Georgia, however, wanted to try this park. We prepaid for parking online and paid $25, and once we arrived there was another parking lot right outside the main entrance for $10, that actually happened to be a lot closer to the gate than our parking spot. When we got into the park, we had difficulties working through the flash pass, which was an expensive add on. The flash pass itself was convenient for skipping lines but the whole process of it was super confusing and having to scroll through each ride in alphabetical order to reserve a spot was tedious and felt counter productive. To add on top of this, the park felt rather dirty, as coming off of one of the rides below our feet was partial remains of someone getting sick from the ride that wasn't fully cleaned up. I also tried to use the restroom and the stalls I walked in either didn't have a lock on it or the one that did had about an inch gap and I felt like I was making eye contact with the girls outside of the stall. The employees were very kind in helping us try to figure it out, however we left only after a few hours of being there, all-in-all this place is way overpriced.

All the employees act like they would rather die than be there. Very rude staff that yell at you for the dumbest things. Some of the coasters having broken seats causing you to wait twice as long in some lines. They wait until you get to the front of the line to tell you you can't get on if you have a bag. They don't let you leave anything while you're riding including hats. Also, $4.50 for a bottle of water. Wow. 2 stars because the coasters were fun at least.

Bought a membership which paid for itself if you go more than once. None of the fountain drink machines are stocked with ice. The food is such poor quality you re better off packing a lunch. And forget about redeeming your fast pass. We had to wait in line for 20 minutes while the one person capable of redeeming the service went to bathroom . Unless you live within 20 minutes And you can come and go often, it s not worth it.

This was my first time to fright fest ever! And i was soo excited! And to say i was disappointed is an understatement!!!!!!! I knew it was gonna be crowded but every single ride was almost a 2 hour wait. I understand the flash pass but it can only so certain rides. The problem was it was filled with unsupervised kids from the moment we stepped at the gate. Then they were line jumping everywhere fighting and just out of control. Not scary, they barely tried and if you got there at night you better be prepares to spend the whole time in the line for the haunted house. The amount of trash in the park is unbearable. Employees more worried about chit chatting then their jobs. Its just not what it used to be at all.

Over all I love this amusement park but the day I went it rain really hard and I came from another state to enjoy this experience as I always do but when I saw that it wasn't going to possibly wasn't going to stop rain I asked them will they give a refund they said that they don't I spent $70 on a freaking ticket to enjoy this experience, that I probably won't be able to enjoy but it eventually stop raining and me and my friend had a blast due to there wasn't any lines and we rode rides how times we wanted

Gave three stars for the service. Overall the park is a lot of fun. My only compliant is that the employee training is lacking. We had several instances while waiting in line to grab food, where someone passed out. The staff working the food vendor was clueless on who to call. Luckily we were in the water area, and I was able to alert a life guard. By the time he arrived almost 8 minutes passed. The same incident again in the same line had similar results. I wouldn t feel comfortable dropping a teenager off at that park for the day.

Rides are great and well maintained, just have a strategy for going early and hitting the ones you really want to do before the lines get insane. DON'T expect Disney customer service or food quality, and ALL BEWARE - for a family of four, simple lunches of chicken fingers, corn dogs, or even pizza, it will be between $60-70 PER MEAL. Absolutely insane. I probably wouldn't be so irked at that if it also meant it was good quality. It's all frozen, flash-fried, bottom of the barrel junk. There's a reason they have such a strict policy on bringing in food and drink; they want to gouge you because they have such high operating costs. Do your research and figure out a way to feed your family for cheaper, even if it means utilizing the picnic area or leaving and coming back.

This is a great place to go, but the ride lines are just to long. You stand in ride for over 1 hour at times. If you don't have a flash pass no need to ride the rides. Plus the rides need to be updated and majority if the rides were closed down at six flags over Georgia. Finally the food and drinks are expensive.

Nice to see people in the park again, but they were not equipped to handle the Hallowfest Saturday crowds. The shortest wait was 45 minutes -- and that was just to get through the parking gate. Average ride wait: 2.5 hours.

At 12:30, there were hardly any lines.

By 3:00, lines were everywhere!!! Lots of rides were either closed, needed repair, or had to run without riders for sanitizing.

We only got to ride 4 rides in almost 5 hours.

The food was just OK, but for 4 people to eat, it cost $77.

All in all, it was an OK trip.

It's ok. Their app sucks. It would have rides as open that were closed and vice versa. We waited in line at Mine Train for 15 minutes when we first got in the park just to find out that it wasn't opening until later in the day. They definitely could do better.

Crowded, long lines, expensive, and run by kind but disinterested high schoolers. For real, it's a total BLAST if you have a season pass, wear comfortable shoes, get there early, be satisfied with 3 rides for the day, expect children melting down and are OK to spend an exorbitant amount of money on chicken tenders with neverending soda buckets (when what you really need is actual hydration). In short, come prepared, set reasonable expectations and keep calm.

Park is fun and has lots to offer but needs updating and beautification as well as a more sensible flow to the paths. Def need to upgrade their coaster selection. It s still something you have to do if you re in the area and enjoy amusement parks

Decent price for membership and loads of fun.. Most of the staff are good but there are several that I think should not be working due to their age and attitude.

Some staff are barely old enough to legally work and show no curticy towards the customers. Also this parks staff is not very diverse.

Other than that great fun and great experience.

Once a great place... yet sadly now the place is run down, full of long lines for everything from the rides to food, inconsiderate and rude employees, over priced food... it is a shame to see a once great place be mismanaged, mistreated and missing on all cylinders.

Only complaint is when getting on the rides. They have sport bottle holders at every ride and some rides have cubbies that people were putting belongings in. My daughter had a fanny pack that she wore on numerous rides with no issues but on the cyclone they would not allow her. No big deal we thought, just put it in the cubby they provide right? Nope, she was told she could not do that and had to leave the ride after standing in line for 40 minutes. They should offer cubbies at every ride for the small personal belongings that are not allowed on the rides.

Horrible service. So disappointing. Also we bought meal tickets online and over half of the food places were closed with no reason why. We also went to a few food places and asked for a particular food item and we were told they were not selling them today no explanation. Service in the places that were open was not good at all. Employees were very unkind and not very helpful.I enjoyed the time with my family, but there is a lot of improvement that needs to be made with the workers and the meal plan and what is provided after $35 is paid for the one day meal ticket. Also there was not good communication initially when it started to rain as to what was opened and what was closed. Also I would like to advise everyone not to buy the meal ticket unless you are sure that the restaurants listed will be open. We also bought a parking ticket for $25 online and then when we arrived at six flags they had parking for $10.
But this wasn t mentioned on the website so that was also a waste of money because the distance from the $10 lot was the same distance as the $25 lot. Six Flags is definitely not what it use to be. And absolutely every ice machine was out of ice except for one near the entrance. And $8.00 for 1 school of Mayfield ice cream in a plastic bowl is way too high. That s high than Disney on something like that.

Park was overbooked to the max. Prices are ridiculous. I was told the proportion of a french fry order would be enough for 2 people at $7. What I got was a child sized handfull of soggy fries that rivaled what you might find on the ground. On that topic, the park was in no way clean. Maybe if the rides were better and there were more of them it would make up for it. Not returning to any six flags park ever again. Cedar Point and Kings Island have comparable ticket prices with cheaper meal deals, a cleaner park, friendly staff, and better rides.

Awful experience. Terribly run theme park. A well run theme park has guided parking, abundant refreshment stations, good food, clean walkways, tasty food of many kinds, ample security, plenty of rides for both thrill seekers and children, and top notch entertainment. This park failed on all but the thrill rides category. 30 min wait minimum to refill a drink and 1-1 1/2 hr wait for food! Insane. Extremely busy but many restaurants are closed - that is a reflection on senior management failing to adequately staff. The staff they did have was rude and inefficient. Park was dirty. Parking was an unguided unorganized mess. My 8 yr old son was elbowed in the head by a teen who subsequently terrorized us as we walked to our car at end of day! Security officers were nowhere to be found. Make the trip to Cedar point. You will be blown away at how amazing the theme park experience can be.

I waited over 2 hours in line for the Pandemonium with no cooling system anywhere, then the ride locked and we couldn't get out of the harness. The ride attendant started laughing when she announced it having technical issues. I asked to speak to her while I was still stuck on the ride and she said no. I immediately panicked and nearly passed out. I wish the entire situation would have been better. The electricians did great though.

There 7 hours and rode 2 rides. 3 different rides broke down after waiting in line for at least 45 minutes. We were actually sitting on the ride of one coaster when it went down. Went to the train ride, waited two rounds to ride, then the attendant opened the gate to the other side and let people in who had just walked up. So after waiting for 30 minutes and being let thru the gate there ended up being no seats. And no, the other people that just walked up were not flash pass holders. It was just poor attendant supervision. Had a buffet pass from 2-3, when going thru the line they first ran out of rolls, then got to the potato chips and they ran out, then they rolled away the ice cream cart 15 minutes before the buffet time was over, so we didn't get dessert either. Just a very poor quality day. Sorry I subjected my party of 6 to a wasted day.

SFOG is a great place to spend a fun day with your family and friends. The part is clean, safe, and has lots of options for all ages to enjoy.

Buy your tickets ahead of time (look for deals or coupons as you shouldn't ever pay full price) and buy your food passes and parking at the same time. This will make things run much smoother for you and you won't have to stand in lines if you go on a busy day.

I went on a Monday, so the lines were short. Same with Tuesday and Wednesday. Food is waaay too expensive. I suggest you eat a really good breakfast at least an hour before you go (avoid vomiting). You'll ride every roller coaster before 3 o'clock.

This place has the worst customer service. I was there this evening and witnessed a customer lose her cell phone on twisted cyclone. The lady was in tears pleading with the employees to do a sweep of the track to get the phone at the close of business tonight, in which they replied that they only do sweeps at night on Wednesday (which is five days from today). They lady began to cry and explain to them her emergency situation. That this was her only means of communication and the only way she could be contacted if her family member passed. The employees responding in a very patronizing and condescending manner. The lady remained polite and respectful at which time they apologized, yet said there was nothing they would do in the next five days.
The customer service was so poor that I have elected to cancel my membership, as I do not wish to continue to invest my hard earned money in a company that is seriously lacking in customer service. One star is too much when it comes to the lack of customer service that this park provides. Extremely disappointed.

We enjoy coming every summer. The rides are fantastic and the lines weren't bad when we last went. I think it's best to avoid going on the weekends or on Friday. We always bring our own lunch and walk to the car to eat because the food and drinks inside can make your trip very expensive.

I thought it was a great place for a family outing. No hiccups as far as staff goes. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. The rain slowed things down a bit and the water rises were closed. Its obvious that the place has been there for a long time and it sorta reflects as far as the way everything was. The one thing that will make my rating at six flags a 3 is the fact that the refreshments are severely over priced. I got 2 medium sodas for just under 11 dollars and they were not deemed refillable and they were a fountain drink that I had to fix and pay for. So giving those refreshment pricing at a all time high that's why they get a 3 star.

The park workers were rude. The buns for my burger were stale. I waited 25 Minutes for my food that other people ordered and got before me. Several rides we're also closed through the day (not the ones off season). I wouldn't recommend spending $60 a person to be treated poorly by a staff and get subpar food. Go-to Disney World instead.
