Six Flags Over Georgia Review

Worst amusement park experience ever. Filthy, wait in line over 30 minutes each time you want to get a drink refill. Even spent 50 minutes in line to be told all they had was water. Went to guest relations and all they would say was sorry, there's other places to get refills. Totally missed the point. Told me to go back to location and ask to talk to a supervisor. There was no supervisor. All places were staff ed with 1 person. Longer story short...went back asked for supervisor to be called and her solution was to go fill my drink in another location.
Will never come back!

We bought annual pass, we get access to both the parks, white waters and six flags. It's really really worth talking these passes... We enjoyed most summer weekends at white waters and good place to enjoy with family. Many rids are also accessible by kids 4.4. Tall. But you bring in smaller kids its not that worth it. If you have travelled Disney and come back here, I bet you won't like, as most of the rides doesn't have cushion seat, especially for high speed rides, can get back pain easily.

We loved it here. We went on loads of rides and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable

Long lines and wait times. The goliath I almost slid out of the seat. That is a death trap. If you are not built so that the lap restraint will hold you in...then let the population know. I know you are supposed to come up off the seat. But when you start to come out and over and it is everything you can do not to fall out of the seat altogether. Then there is a major flaw and a lawsuit in the future.

I found the employees be very helpful and accommodating on the rides and also at the October Haunt event put on by the Cobb Chamber of Commerce. I like the new Blue Hawk ride found it to be smooth and a fun experience

Probably 1/3 of the attractions were closed without explanation. Horrendous, inexplicably-long waits for simple things like a soda. 5 people in front of us, 15+ minutes. Happened at every stand, plus the dippin dots. Standing, smelly water in several places, often next to concession stands. On the plus side, employees were friendly. The rides that were actually open were fun. Ride lines were quite short. Parking was easy and close to entrance. Water park was very fun. Will give them another chance next year.

If you can go on a weekday, then you can ride alot of rides! This place is the ultimate of excitement and good, clean fun!

I had took eialk for an hour just to get a cup and lady passed out at guest relations and you can ilny eat at certain time with the dining pass

The mane problem is their workers don't want to work. This last time we told they was not ready for us to ride. And this was after 11:00 We bought 9 season passes. But we will not do it again. I did get to ride with the little kids before we left.

Had a good time with my 3 sons on opening day. The park was not that busy so we were able to get on rides quickly. The park felt pretty clean and the only reason for 4 stars was because the staff was so young and didnt always seem to know what they were doing. I purchased a membership and plan to keep it for at least a year. Time and more visits will tell if I keep it longer.

Funnel cake line be long, but I love the caramel ice cream sundae funnel cake

Six Flags is very fun! If you're a roller coaster frantic then definitely go! The roller coasters are fairly new and there is a new attraction called Hurricane Harbor which is tons of fun! I have to admit it is defiantly over priced. Pretzels are $7!! However, your best bet is to get the year membership. It really is worth it. Me and my boyfriend live in Georgia 15 mins away from this six flags and we got the best out of purchasing the membership. Sure, it is expensive but if you purchase one membership you can go unlimited times unlike buying a 45$ ticket every time you go. Pack a lunch and take a break out in your car if you don't want to buy the food! They allow you to exit and return. :)

Rides were constantly breaking down. Two hour wait in line for an expensive Fast Pass. People were rude. Even with Fast Pass most rides took 30 to 45 minutes to ride. Don't know if I will ever go back. Poorly maintained.

I hope you like walking because you will be scaling hills all afternoon trying to get to these rides Kinda sad that there wasn't a lazy river in the pool park area, but we still had a fantastic time!

Little kids like my daughter and big kids like me go here for fun.

Definitely need a fast pass because it is soooooooooo crowded. Eat before you go in because everything is so expensive. You can also leave to eat and then come back in. I only give it three stars because it is so crowded. The rides and games are great.

The rides and the staff are equally exciting/thrilling.

Park size not too big, rides are pretty good, variety for all ages, enough shade. The new Cyclone is awesome when / IF it is working. Hurricane Harbor is the best for those oppressively hot GA days.
Dining pass and unlimited beverage purchase are worth the price BUT Slow service at concessions always. Not unusual to wait 30-40 mins for souvenir cup refills.
On the plus side, the restrooms are cleaner and there is more visible security this year. But still plenty of foul mouthed teens, half covered boxers and underwear. Would not be fair to hold the park responsible for the behavior of all the guests. Overall our two teens and nine year old enjoy visits here, but always under our watchful eye.

Recently, I visited this place as part of the GT Night at the Six Flags. It was really awesome. I really enjoyed all the roller coaster rides and I would recommend everyone try each of them, except for the wooden one. It is very rickety and will give you a lot unnecessary body pain. The rest are all fine. My favorites were the Twisted Cyclone, Superman, Batman and Mind bender. But beware of long ques, especially if you are planning to on a weekend.

Not much social distancing except on the rides. Loved the little shows and characters that were dressed up.

My family had a fun time here, the staff was very friendly even though some of the women had a look on their face like I don't want to deal with these kids today, but one of the cons their going too have fix is the souvenir shops, because I sit in a line for about 45 minutes just to get some candy,

If you want to fall from 200ft to the ground, then definitely go to six flags. Try out the Acrophobia; my favorite. Goliath, mind bender and twisting cyclone are also very good. I heard superman and Batman are great but I didn't try them out. Overall, it is a great place to conquer your fear of heights. Definitely 5 stars.

The rides that were open were great fun and in good shape. There were practically no lines since it was the first week day of the year. But they opened the gates at 10:15, blocked us out of the main park until 10:30. Then there were no rides running until nearly 11. Then only some of the rides. The staff that was there was unfailingly polite but poorly informed about the status of rides. At least one major ride stayed closed all day without any explanation. The food was decent but crazy expensive.

A fun time! Food and games are a lil overpriced, but go a Sunday to help avoid lines, and itll be a fun day!

They need to update the restrooms and have someone attending to them every 20 minutes. But a fun place to go!!! We enjoy ourselves

If you are over a size 38 mens DO not go. You will not be able to fit in MOST rides. Same for people with stomachs and large chests.
Too many teenagers running the park and rides for my liking.
Hurricane Harbor was great though. My 6 year old loved it.

This employment process is so ignorant. They tell you to arrive early or on time and then you stand in a long line for way past your appointment time just to be interviewed. People have on hot professional attire. Its ridiculous.
