This company is a total disgrace! Their general terms and conditions only benefit Sipwell, The "customer care" department should be called customer frustration department because one thing is for sure: they don't care about their customers one single bit. Appointments and agreements are broken without any reasons or message, double invoicing, double collections and when you complain you are being lied to. People: stay away from these fraudsters
