Better than the night safari. Most animals you will see in the night safari can also be seen here. I wish there will be more animals in each kind.

Wonderful place, they use the technology very cleverly..... Wonderful......
Love this place! Takes about 5 hours to complete, when come with LO, it includes lunch time and rest time along the walk. Each trip have some differ surprise!
Amazing place for Kids for sure..but even as adult also its very exciting to see wild life. The facility is awesome and easy to navigate mostly.
will rate 5 stars if provide prayer room.we dont mind sharing the room with others.please provide a multi faith prayer room as the one in sentosa.
I am so happy that this place is well-maintained. I am bringing my children here if they wanted to see a real animal, if they are curious on how does the real animal looks like. I hope that this places would last longer so that many children would be able to appreciate the beauty of different animal species.
Easily able to spend a full day here. Plenty of animals and activities, shows through the day. There's a tram that brings you around internally. You can also rent a wagon at the door. Handicap accessible and toilets available throughout the park. Plenty of parking space right outside. This is located right next to River Safari. Plenty of food choices scattered throughout the park, but hard to get seats during peak period. Good place for kids.
Worth the visit! It is divided into numerous adventures! River safari and all the aquamarine life as well as panda!! There are rides which take you on a close encounter range of the animals! As well as a reservoir cruise! As well as Night Safari and the good old Singapore Zoo! A good place to spend some quality time with your family!
Great place to visit and spend time with friends, family and animals.
Lots of things to see and activities to participate
This is a place everyone must go and see. There are several animals are living freely. Most of animals are not caged and they have been given to live freely open areas.
Went during the day, managed to see most animals but some of enclosure were under maintenance or upgrading. Food and drink were abit pricy. The live show was good. Overall a good experience.
Took a buggy tour of the zoo today at 130pm and we were not disappointed! Has an excellent guide called Sean driving the buggy and taking us around, and him knowing all the animals and their names and their quirks made the experience very enjoyable. Had a great time petting tortoises and feeding giraffes. Will definitely recommend. Guide helped us to take photos and also provided wet wipes and sanitizer for us each time after we pet the animals. A wonderful day! Wanted to give the guide Sean a tip but he declined to accept. Great guy who just loves his job.
This was an amazing experience. We had a great day here at the zoo. We took our 18 month old he had a great day. We would go back.
We did the zoo and the river experience as they are next to each other and easy to do in one day
Wonderful experience and learning journey for young and old.
We had an awesome time. We couldnt cover the entire zoo in one day. Loved it. Will come again
It is such a nice places to spend a weekend. Must make your visit time slot before you go otherwise you could not go in.
Getting a little too crowded even with social distancing measures. A highlight for family and tourist alike. Wide range of animals, some of the best selections available in Asia.
Could do with a little more amenities, running around looking for toilets for the kiddo was quite tiring.
Perhaps should expand on the entire one with nature concept, more dining and leisure venue in the green, with safe considerations for animal well-being of course.
The most memorable & great place in 2020 for me especially during covid19. Release stress & anxiety. ~7 Nov 2020
While I haven't been to a lot of zoos I have been to a few and this is probably the best of them all. Well laid out so it would be difficult to miss anything and if there is something you are looking for there are signs posted throughout the zoo. There is plenty of shade and places to sit and there are no big hills to climb, all of these things are welcome in this climate.
The grounds were extremely clean and all of the animals looked well taken care of.
There is even some decent places to eat here, I ate at a place called Ah Meng. It's a cafeteria style setup and the food was reasonably priced considering what you normally pay in places like this.
best zoo I ever been to. you need around three hours at least and search the timetable of all the shows you interested.
Love the elephants feeding but very long queue
Overall is good! Should hv more animal show but its covid pandemic so understand
You can always take the tram if you're tired of walking. Pygmy hippos were cute. The Reptopia was the most exciting stop for my kids
This is where you can see animals that you won't find on the continent here. During covid-19 phase 2, the live shows are capped to 50 people. However the method of giving out the queue numbers is questionable. Waited in line for a 10:30 show but was told that it's fully taken up at 10am so the zoo personnel told me to wait in line at 11am for the 12pm (or was it 12:30pm) show. Turned up at 11 and was told that the tickets were snapped up at 10:30am.
Loved it,.very easy to digest the conservation messaging.
Too big to cover un a day. Varieties of animals and birds along woth information on almost every kind is what make this zoo different from other. To add to it, the shows of rainforest, elephant and sealion ( Twice a day in morning and again in afternoon from 2:30 p. onward) aling with kidsworld ensure that one full day is even not enough for this place.........!!! Tram and stroller ensures that children do not get tired and food court gives u ur energy back when u need it
Actually a good time to visit the zoo now with less visitors due to the current pandemic. Too bad the weather was not cooperating today.
Like the new carpark but the animals on display is abit disappointing
Many activities and exquisite species of animals from around the world
It rained heavily during the day of visit. Was able to link from carpark all the way to the entrance. Some parts of the part are sheltered too.
Its the best zoo I've ever seen. Actually I don't like zoo because animals suffer there but in Singapore zoo animals feel good and they have more space.
Best zoo I've been to. Whether you live in Singapore or are a tourist, you have to go here atleast once.
The train tram was upgraded, more comfortable. It was quite crowded as teachers brought students to the zoo too. Many food restaurants at each point of station. The zoo was well kept.
A wonderful place! It's an escape from the city, like being in the jungle. Breakfast with the Orangutans was absolutely amazing. This zoo is highly recommended.
The best zoo I have been so far: animals seem happy and have a lot of space to roam around. Some of them aren't even in a cage. I totally recommend the Splash Show anf Fragile Forest, those were the best.
Quite a few exhibits being upgraded, so closed and also.. many animals hiding. Probably scared of the sudden resumption of visitors
nice place and good for exercise nice view but don't go on weekdays not much of animals to see ... I think due to covid 19 some of the animals need to stay indoors...
Even though it was raining when I visited, there was still plenty to do there.
Great as always, bring your own food if you don't like the price mark-up... But the prices are still reasonable for a tourist attraction...
An interesting place where you can observe many animals up close.
Absolutely loved it! It's worth buying the 4 parks annual membership family pass. It comes with free tram rides. The tram is a must when you have the elderly and young kids in tow. All that walking can be pretty tiring.
Nicely managed attraction, as per Singapore standards.
Singapore zoo one of most beautiful place. Lot's of animal have in this zoo. Singapore Airlines passenger 10% discount for this place visitors. Visitor train have here.
Probably the best zoo in the world. Amazing effort to make the enclosures cage free as much as possibly and to promote conservation at every corner.
Always a pleasure to visit the zoo.
Great fun for the whole family.
Bring fans, portable chargers and apply mosquito repellent.
Parents with children may want to consider using a stroller. Lockers are helpful for stuff you want to bring but don't want to carry around.
Such a great experience, so much wildlife and great scenery.
One of the best zoos in the world, not only in terms of the exhibits but also for the research and conservation methods.
Quite ok n of course we miss the show of the animals thats the main attractions of the our Singapore Zoo.Thanks
I got to see an adorable panda, and this was the first time for me to see one without a glass barrier. I enjoyed the river cruise flume ride through several animal exhibits. A lot of neat features here. I got a small discount by booking through Klook.
Best place for kids as they have some animal shows. Not only animals they have vegitable garden too.
Singapore zoo a very beautiful place. And here you will find the best animals in the world and you will feel better here.....
Can not find fault with this place. Just awesome. Just be prepared to get very very hot!
One of the best zoo I visited.. loved it.. well organised n maintenance.
River safari n river quest must visit.
Attractions n red panda.
Animal interaction is best part of zoo..
Try to take combo activity tickets it's cheaper. Individual it will more costly.
Excellent experience.
Highly organized, clean and helpful staff friendlier. Thank you Singapore Zoo.
Very nice and good knowledge searching botany and animals for children education.
Awesome place. So many animals. It was a wonderful learning experience too. So much information and the park attendants also tell you so many things. Only downside is the walking, especially in the summer and afternoon.
Best zoo so far! Children friendly, staff friendly, well maintained toilets, well maintained facilities! Animals are healthy
The best zoo I've ever seen! Majority of animals can be seen without any walls or windows, which is an incredible experience. Lemurs running all around us and parrots or toucans flying just above ours heads gave us a feeling of a dream. Definitely worth it.
Place is great and clean.. the shows could be better. Guess the weather wasn't too good the shows in the pass was more entertaining.
Singapore Zoo offers the opportunity to experience and be inspired by the wonders of nature. Home to more than 2,400 specimens of over 300 species, 34 per cent of which are threatened, the Zoo has attained a strong reputation internationally for its conservation initiatives and breeding programme. Total area of zoo is 26-hectare. You can take tram ride to explore the zoo. If you are vegetarian better to take packed food with you as there is not many veg options here.
Fun place to be at with your friends and families! Can take the shuttle bus to go there. Lots of animals to see. The zoo is abit old but the conditions for the animals are still alright. Would recommend!
One of the best Zoo I've ever visited!!
They are maintaining it like we are maintaining our home.
It is so clean. The animals looks so healthy and as they have a big place to roam around, it looks like they are enjoying!!
We can see the animals so close unlike most of the zoos.
The sea lion show was the show stopper of the zoo. Also Indian food is available at the park , biryani costed us around 8$
Touch pool, squirrel monkey and pandas were great at River Safari definitely coming back again
Ever the interesting place to bring kid, family along. There is always something new to explore.
Wonderful zoo! So many free range animals and up close experiences I've never had at any zoo before. Must go if you're in Singapore!
Animals are super happy and calm here, clean, no stink like in other zoos, really nice to see them....
This is a place everyone must go and see. There are several animals are living freely. Most of animals are not caged and they have been given to live freely open areas.
Thos is the BEST ZOO I've ever visited in my entire life. No animals were hiding and I've never been so close to many animals like here. It wasn't full, because we visit the zoo in the middle of the week.
Very accommodative setup for the animals and birds, very close to their native environment. Well organized with sign boards, infos etc. Not really a very big Zoo by size, I believe. It has got nearby attractions such as river safari, night safari which can be visited. But can't be visited, all at once, in a single day. Definitely a whole day is required to cover the whole Zoo in a leisurely way. They have got various shows at designated times which are mostly enjoyable for all ages!!! Definitely, a must visit place, when in Singapore.
Very beautiful maintained zoo, make sure to do the river safari as well.
Among the four parks, I personally like the Singapore Zoo the most! It has so many activities coming really a fun and interesting experience! We only spend about 2.5 hours there then had to rush to the river safari, but I do suggest spend a little more time there, you will like it.
If you re looking to take a trip down memory lane, this is the place for you. Everything is exactly as it was a decade ago. Basically it s your average zoo with animals. Because of COVID, all the shows have reduced capacity and hence I d advise to queue up at least 50 minutes in advance to secure a seat.
We were quite sad to have not had the time to enjoy all the sections as the animals were herded back and kept in their indoor enclosures at 5.30pm.
Cool zoo! Great variety of beautiful animals in very nice habitats... be sure to check out all the different parks... it s worth the money
Extremely well maintained zoo. Lots of learning, especially for the kids.
Rainforest Lumina is an awesome experience. The firefly laser effect is a unique experience and must see...its worth the visit. Wheelchair access and friendly staff make the experience worthwhile.
One of the best or even the best Zoo I did ever visit in the world. I really like that you get free eater everywhere in the Zoo. Just bring your own bottle and refill it for free at one of the many dispensers.
Arrived at 3pm. Only had enough time for the river cruise park... I expected I will be in a boat the whole time and may be little walking, no I was wrong. It s vice versa! A lot of walking and a 15mins boat ride in the reservoir.
Check out the Firefox, they are very active hence so fun to look at, unlike the panda.
Have always loved the SingaporeZoo from a young age. Nice open spaces for kids. With the regulation on the number of visitors, the park is definitely more spacious to walk in.
Most of the animals were active. Lucky to see some hippos in 'in action'. :p
It rained on the day i went.. but nonetheless, it was still fun
ZOO is must place to visit during your stay in Singapore. Great place to spend time. Will like both adults and children,do not take tram ride
Numerous species of animals, clean environment, overall very pleasant place to enjoy a nice walk through the zoo.
A lot of animals variety. Spent good QT with family here.
