It's a great place for kids because there is one park.

Rooms are mediocre, but a lot of water and good food. Fantastic dinner show.

The hotel itself is okay, the rooms are decent, but certainly not luxurious. The recreational facilities are quite nice and varied. The buffet is in competition to be the worst on Guam.

Great way to spend an afternoon! Ask about group rates and local discounts.

90% is Korean. The price is very high but it is not bad. Japanese cuisine is not good.

Overall the resort condition is a bit old. The room is old, but water park and kids club are good. And the restaurant is delicious. At least skylight and bbq bistro are better.

The building is old and the overall facility is a little old feeling. More than 90% of Koreans visit here, so there is not much of a basic manner or resort. I just wanted to give it a star because it feels like Ocean World. The staff and the kids club teachers are very friendly and I will give you three stars. Even if you bring the gold card included in the price of food, the tip is the basic manner for those who have removed or provided the service. Repeat as doeeotneyo be left only bad image. Unfortunately PIC is present.

The indoor water facilities are superb, there are also many activities to stir up the atmosphere, the sea can play sails, the indoor water lighting is beautiful at night, the dinner show and the water curtain show are wonderful.

Discounted here, Centrium is the cheapest in Guam, so I bought it all at once. The lowest price is $10 for waterproof bags.

Awesome, staying here is right, this is quite a distance from the city, it is recommended to rent a car.

It was good to have a lot of activities once and I was glad that there was no trigger fish in the offing. I did not want to go out of my house because I did not eat at all, but I did not like it anyway.

It is good that children can snorkel safely in shallow water. Pool play is also fun to play with children of various nationalities.
I'm looking forward to asking for Cafe Mocha with plenty of fresh cream at the poolside cafe.

On the sandy beach you can see the palms of the child's palm-like crabs and cute hermit crabs.

You can borrow beach umbrellas, beach chairs and boats for free. Tower night is convenient. It is definitely delicious to go to eat from inside the hotel.

Guam is extremely fun for young children. Among them, HOTEL, which children love, is here.

The third stay, never to get bored, abundant pool, plenty of activities, spacious room.

Old building. But relatively clean. The rice is not delicious. Many Korean guides are available. More than 70% of the guests are Korean. Heaven for children. Adults are a bit boring.

PIC (Pacific Islands Club) is probably the best waterpark on Guam. You will pay for it though. It is much more expensive than the other waterpark options, but it is worth it sometimes. There are a variety of water slides. They offer free life jackets for both kids and adults. If your child can't reach the bottom of the pool they are in expect a lifeguard to make him or her put one on. They also have a more shallow large pool with big climbing things for young kids. There is also a man made stream you can try kayaking in. There is also a padded roller thing like a log where kids can compete and try to unbalance the other off into the water. There is also a a big kids water structure where even the youngest kids can have fun in the water.

The museum has a wealth of activities and it is worth a visit. I live in Tower B, the room is old, but it is cheaper.

It is best if you have children up to elementary and junior high. Meals and room facilities need improvement.

It is the best hotel for children, including the on-site swimming pool! It can be completed in the hotel (laughs) Tower B was too far from the entrance and it was hard to go out every time. Even though it is barrier-free, the elevator is a little tricky. The beach is very beautiful because it is next to Ypao Beach! There are a lot of fish.

Foreigners with many different Koreans and Japanese people (based on foreigners seen by Koreans) a little! Royal bronze silver card used. Friendly staff in the resort, so much fun with the kids.

I used the kids club in the resort twice for shopping. I was a 5 year old boy and I liked it so much that my child wanted to go and say hello on the day I go home and go to the kids club. (Curriculum is available. Meals are provided at the time of payment of meals, and evening English classes are available for over 8 years old.)

At the time of stay, towers other than the Royal Building seem to be far from the pool.

If you have children, this hotel is recommended.
There are a lot of pools.

However, they are just wide.
I was so tired that I could not get to my room. Lol

Leisure and holiday hotel, a lot of water activities, dinner show, water dance are very exciting.

Incredible spread on their Skylight buffet. Well worth it! My only ping would be that the restaurant closes way too early in the evenings 9pm!!!!! What!

Good to play with kids. If you do not like water more than 4 years old, it would be the best ... There are many Korean employees so it is not burdened in English and it is good to communicate well.

It is the resort which child child less than elementary school children. It is not a very up-to-date facility, but it is more fun to play than the bustling water park in Korea, and the small activities are also fun. Oceana B is a bit of a hassle because of the distance from the lobby. Meals are sausages. I have not had a bistro and one dinner yet.

Great place for kids and families especially if you are in the main tower. Rooms are great in the main building- however tower A and B have very disappointing rooms. Free tennis, snorkeling, windsurfing classes and plethora of free sign out water and sports equipment. Let me emphasize that again---free to use equipment and classes- other hotels would have you pay for those. For the best experience, get the nicest room available and stay out of tower A and B. Also, there are 2 full size indoor tennis courts here so great place for tennis players!

It is the best place to go to play with children from 6 to 10 years old. Backward Facility. A restaurant without a taste other than thought. It is still a small place to live in comfort.

The front desk manager stop my daughter and she said she cant go to the room?
I said we checked in since this afternoon.
When we checked in and the front desk staff didnt inform us regarding the policy that we need to register all family or guest so they can go to the room.

If you don't get one of their specialty packages, you sure feel it, like you are a lower rate customer. Glad we didn't pay more though, not impressed with the food we did try there. The people at the desk were hit of miss on if you got nice or rude service. The resort was beyond packed with people, too many to be able to enjoy what they offered. Liked the view from my room but that was about the only thing I enjoyed from this hotel, everything else I enjoyed from the island, I went elsewhere to find. Not worth the money.

We stayed on the fourth floor of Gold Tower.

Rooms are out dated, and dirty. Paint splatters on the glass doors, floors, and furniture. Food should be called something else here, save your money. Location is great, but this part of the island is loaded with better options.

Old but one of the most beautiful beach views in Tumon City hotels. The green garden and Tumon Beach are in contact, so a very pretty photo comes out.

I stayed at the Royal Club, so I could use the Royal Club Lounge on the 2nd floor.
The lounge serves breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast was served daily in the lounge.
I ate dinner once, but it didn't fit my mouth, so I went to eat outside.
Check out the lounge happy hour as the time is fixed.
The hotel room had a problem once and changed to another room. After that, I can spend comfortably. Because it is an old building, it seems that there are many places that hurt.
Activities are substantial both in the pool and the sea.
When you are playing in the pool, life savers will hold events, so you can enjoy it very much.
At night, you can enter the pool until 9:30, so you can immerse yourself in an elegant atmosphere in the illuminated pool, but mosquito repellent is essential both day and night. There are many mosquitoes especially near trees.
Although it is away from the city center, it is along the hotel road, so there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it was convenient to go out. If you plan to play in the center of the pool, you can enjoy it! However, the facility is a bit old, so I think it's a good place to swallow that point.

It is good to come with elementary school children from grade 3 to grade 4. It's hot. A lot of my people decided not to live in the tropics after retirement. One of PIC's restaurants is getting better.

The rooms are large and the amenities are perfect. We can enjoy pool in hotel, and it is feeling that we packed a lot of things in the site well.

I will say I was prepared for PIC to be not very clean and really run down the way people described it. Room was clean, no bugs or mold. Yes it needs some updates especial to the Oceana tower rooms. Everyone works very hard there and is always very kind and remembers you. The tables stayed clean in the buffet restaurant. Wish they had a few more American food options and the dinner show definetly needs more food options. We stayed for week last year and had an excellent time there. Planning to return again this year. Wish the smoking areas were farther away from the pool. Drifted up to our pool chairs every day. Would be nice to have food by the pool besides just snacks. The club mates should keep the people from hanging out in the catch pool at the bottom of the slide. They would just hang out in there and sit on the stairs. I think it is a wonderful hotel or we wouldn t go back but hope they continue to improve with some suggestions.
