Phoned and talked to Gillian and told her my situation and said she would get back to me. Never did. Go somewhere else. I can't stand when they say they will get back and never do. I phoned and left message. But to no effect

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Jack took my case, never read the trancript from the other party or any of our info, so he had no idea how to answer the judges questions only to quote the law... he told me it doesn't matter what I say or what they say just what the law says... That was not true, we lost, and had to retain another lawyer, who had a battle correcting his damage, he never filed our information or asked for a late filing to the court (even though I signed it...) He took our retainer of almost $3,500 then sent a bill saying he owed us $700 back, (nice) but... Once we fired him he came up with all kinds of fees and we owed him more lol this guy is a joke, he advised us not to attend court, then said he did everything he could but the judge wouldn't listen.. The transcripts only show him agreeing with the other party, the judge gave him plenty of opertunity to say anything, something, this should have been a win for us.. We did win our case once we retained another lawyer from the city, that was better and cheeper, PLEASE Do not go to him!!!

I reached out locally in order to see if someone had a positive referral for anyone in the area as I prefer to support locally. I ended up booking an appointment with Ted at Sinclair Law Office and I was extremely grateful I did.
