This is the worst company with the worst business model who even with the amount of control they have over people's lives... use that control so frivolously and can ruin your life with impunity and on top of it.... they won't even answer the phone. Ever. Ever. Ever
Horrible fake test, wanted me to pay a bunch of money for a drug problem i don't even have. Funny I got a none disa drug test the next day from another company and passed like i expected to.
This company is growing so fast.

Worst place so unprofessional can't get ahold of anyone who is supposed to be in charge! I have recordings and emails of their mistakes you can't mess with someone's livelihood and think there won't be any reprocussions! Consulting with lawyers on this how do yall take both leg hair of a individual all the way to the thigh then when there needs to be a retest all of a sudden don't have enough hair and I'm sorry but leg hair only grows so fast since yall took it all. It's a automatic admission of guilt. So frustrated with this place!!

Worse experience ever, got there at 11, was not seen until 3. There we only 6 persons infront of me. I told them I had another appointment at 2:30. And said it take an hour. Their just inside doing nothing. Hate lazy people. Don't contract them for services!!!!!!
Tale of two cities here. The companies that use DISA love the high quality service, the employees that work here (myself included) love the people, growth opportunity, and the leadership direction, but anyone that has failed a drug test that DISA was the administrator for (not the collector or laboratory) is unhappy with DISA.
If you're reading reviews to decide if you should work here, I'd share that DISA does a great job of taking care of it's employees with great benefits (pay, PTO, healthcare, employee appreciation events, etc..). A good example is all the things they did for employees during Harvey (onsite daycare, hotel rooms for months, a relief fund, etc...).
DISA is growing incredibly fast is the industry leader. While there are growing pains with some of that growth, you can't help but be excited for the future.
If you're reading reviews to decide if you should use DISA, I'd reference the fact that it's the largest drug testing and background screening TPA in our industry, processes millions of orders annually, provides consolidated screening solutions, and can reduce your redundant testing among other benefits.
Making money off either serious drug addicts or innocent pot smokers in legal states. If an employer requires you to be drug tested by this company, run very far away.
Our company is a VENDOR/CUSTOMER. This company has no ability to run a business. It is found by an owner who has government ties. They are behind the times in terms of technology and it is political corruption beyond belief. They may drug test the same way, but they do NOT know how to run a business or pay their bills!
off to t terrible start, billing after 1 year....... DISA purchased the company we were using, this has been a total mess. UCR filings, for our trucking company. how in the world did you get into this business..... im looking for someone new, starting today. they charge whatever they want , and if you want to pay with a credit card they add 3% , also assume that if you pay with a check it will be HOT and tell you it will have 25.00 added to it...... who does this to new customers. im floored with their behavior.

I Had To Have A Breathalyzer & Hair Follicle On Behalf Of Bay LTD 01/17/2017. You Have An Allotted Time To Complete The Process. As Soon As I Received My Paperwork I Went Directly To Analytical Testing Of Texas.
Once There I Completed My Paperwork. Sat There For A While. Then I Was Called To The Back In Order To Complete The Breathalyzer Test. The Assistant Then Proceeded To Cut My Hair. The Assistant Stated, "She Had Enough ".
Later That Day I Received A Call From Bay LTD. Say, I Needed To Return To Bay To Pick Up Paperwork & Back To Analytical Testing. Analytical Testing Claimed They Did Not Cut Enough Of My Hair. Since I Didn't Know Any Better I Did As Instructed.
A Few Weeks Later I Receive A Call From A Nurse Who Then Transferred Me To An MRO. Who Then Proceeded To Tell Me My Hair Follicle Was Positive For Cocaine. I Answered All The MRO's Questions, Submitted My Prescription History From Three Years Back & The MRO Did Not Overturn My Results.
$350.00, A Couple Psychiatrist Visits, Two AA Meetings, Six Months Black Balled From The Refinery Through DISA.
I Contested The Results For $175.00 Dollars DISA Say Sure No Problem. WE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & RETEST THE SAME HAIR. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE.

I believe some reviews are based on collection sites and not DISA corporate. I work for DISA corporate, a rapidly growing company with many great benefits & Employers who strive to provide quality services not only to our clients but our staff as well.
Background came back bad and I was clueless to why. Come to find out I am losing two weeks of work that's if I still have a job when it clears. When it clearly shows it is not me on a misdemeanor and a felony, different middle and far away date of birth that they claimed it was me. Ridiculous mistake on their behalf and me and family that I provide for are paying for it. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I get a curve ball "no one is available sir" "POLICY"
I worked here for six months and hated it! Talk about micro-management. I exceeded every goal they set for me and they still complained I wasn t doing enough. I shouldn t be surprised as I also worked for a company that utilized their services for a time but discontinued because their customer service was so bad. If I could give them a zero star, I definitely would. Don t send your employees here, they can t be trusted.

It's like a business that's in business of ruining peoples lives call a 9 am no answer leave message and if it's your lucky day you get a call back at 430 pm if you ever have the fortune of DISA in your life you are screwed
This is the worst place to go to get your hair follicle done. I don't do drugs and my specimen came back positive for Meth, I don't even do that drug or socialize with anyone that does that. I got a reconfirmation done and paid out of my own pocket and still it came back as positive, I'm seeking legal advise and my attorney is looking up on this matter!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you have a job that requires pre employment and they send your drug screening to them DON'T DO IT!!! I never did drugs in my life and they say I had cocaine in my hair follicle (I don't even party, I just work..) This didn't just happen to me but multiple of people I know. When I posted this news on my Facebook, people started commenting fast that the same thing happened to them. Crazy thing is they were all black, not alone some of them been working for the plant (refinery contracted with EMSI) for years. To add, this one lady went and got a retake and they took $150 to say it was still positive to cocaine. The next day she goes to another drug screening place called fastest lab and they said her hair was negative. This company is crooked and just want your money. After I get my sample back and it says negative, then I willing to go to court because this company choose to get over people and think nothing will happen. What's done in the dark comes to light.
