Quaint , little Post Office. Handles what you may need, stamps, certified mail, insured packages, etc. Only downfall, wish it had at least one day, say Wednesday, that it was open till at least 6 or 6:30pm. With work and commute times, getting to the bank before 5 or 5:30pm can prove to be challenging!

They won't answer the phone.no matter what time it is. I haven't gotten any mail in two weeks

Some of my mail has been late or not delivered! Today one of my neighbors stopped by with a package that I should have received 2wks ago and she had an arm full of mail that was in her mail box that belonged to other people in the neighborhood. How many other people in town are not getting their checks, bills or other important mail because of mail persons that do not care about the quality of their work. You can blame it on what ever you want but it is just pure laziness. The mail people in this town can't be that over worked, we're not that big.

the people inside are so sweet and nice but the delivery people have always messed up my mail they even sent a Christmas package back even though everything on it was fine they were just too lazy to get out of the car!. Merry Christmas right!

Someone needs to have a talk with the delivery person about stuffing the mailbox s to the point you can t take it out. Some of that mail says do not bend and it is shoved in there. Are they that lazy that the can t drop the packages at the door.

Head clerk has terrible customer service and is a very rude and condescending person. My package has been sitting for almost 5 hours and she refuses to have the deliveries sorted due to the front area being extremely busy. I was told to return at 4:30 to pick up my package but was again told the deliveries haven't been sorted due to the front area being busy and they don't have to put the package out until the following day. In the 2 times I have come down here today, I have been the only person in the main area. Was given a phone number to call the supervisor, Tyler, to file a complaint, however, in the 20 times I have called the number it is either busy, or goes to a fax machine. Mail box center at Nob Hill had way better customer service and it's a shame it was closed down.

They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and then it goes to a fax number.

Both the Post Office itself and the postal service to my home in Newman has been absolutely fantastic. The staff in the office are always fast, efficient and polite, and my letter carrier is always spot on! Elsewhere I've lived, I've occasionally received my neighbor's mail, but that's never happened once in Newman. Additionally, with the Covid pandemic and all the extra online ordering I do, I've yet to have a package lost. That cannot be said about FedEx.

the packages take forever to come in, tell the mailman to stop lagging and hurry up

The postal serve here is terrible. They have delivered packages to neighbors that belong to me, I have gotten some back but not everyone is honest. The worst that I have ever seen.

I typed in a whole paragraph and lost it. I will retype again when I have time. I have so much to share.

Very friendly staff! I have to go in to get my mail because our mailboxes in our new construction neighborhood havent been assigned yet. She remembered me the second time I came in and was very kind.

Newman post office may be small and if you blink while you're walking by you will miss it. This office is fully operational and has all that you may need. Our office has very friendly and helpful employees who know how to get things done right.

They may be a small office, but everyone I have met, yes even the carriers, have always been kind, supportive and very helpful.
