Every aspect of our car sale was messed up. We already reviewed the buying of it so we tried to trade it in a year after we bought it. They wouldn t give us a good trade in value. This would be the third new car in 12 months. We called Rodgers Toyota and they gave us more. Then we cancelled our warranties with them and 6 weeks later no money so we call and Toyota of TriCities never did the paperwork. So now we wait longer for our thousands back from our trade. Never again will I buy it even tell someone to take their car there. They don t care about customers at all.
Let s add to this. Our 15k mike service includes tire rotation but they can t rotate our snow tires already on rims to our car. That s extra even though they already include tire rotation. So I m thinking they probably don t rotate our tires they just say they do or else why would it cost extra.
