They have a nice facility. Can't find many other positive qualities.

They are not Better Business Bureau certified. Why can't they obtain this status??? It prevented me from purchasing my new Toyota vehicle from them. Most other dealers in Washington are BBB certified.

Their service department is very questionable.

Took in my vehicle prior to a long road trip and was told the tires were fine. During the trip, ran over a nail. Took it to a reputable tire center to have it fixed. They showed me that the inside of my tires were bald and commented it was a safety hazard and they needed to be replaced immediately. Went to another local store for a second opinion and got the same diagnosis. Why didn't Toyota of Tri-Cities catch this prior to my trip?

In the fall, went in for an oil change. Had them check my squeaky brakes. They said all was fine. Went to a reputable chain and they said brakes were in bad shape, causing the squeal and should be replaced. Got a second opinion from another location - confirmed. Why didn't Toyota of Tri-Cities catch this?

Bad track record. Cannot recommend.
