I towed my Lexus into Toyota and ask them to diagnose my check engine light. all they ended up doing was trying to upsell me when all I wanted to know was to fix the check engine light issue. He clearly didn't know anything about my car and told me that my car had coil packs when I know it doesn't. It's a 1993 and it has ignition coils but I don't think he understood that. He was telling me to replace my alternator and a oil leak before they can figure out what the check engine light is. I wasted my time and everything. Don't go to Raul in service he doesn't know anything.
